Sound quality was good and features we're good however I found that your buds have kept on falling out of my ears the matter which fitting which is why I had to return it for something else

Jabra have truly downgraded from a top quality product (the Jabra Elite 75t) to this. I don't have any complaints about the Jabra Elite 75t, as they were top quality ear-buds at their finest, but not only has Jabra failed to make any improvements with these newer model ear buds, but these don't even compare at all. To say they pale in comparison to the Elite 75ts is an understatement. Maybe Jabra truly reached the pinnacle in their achievements with the Elite 75s and there was nowhere else to go but down from there. Idk. All I know is that these ear-buds suck and Jabra is kidding themselves if they think they'll ever make a top-quality product if they can't make anything that can compare to the Elite 75ts. That's for sure. The sound quality of these air buds is very stalk and bassy (not in a good way) and the treble does tend to produce some feedback in some areas, especially if you have the treble adjusted to high in the Equalizer settings of the Jabra App. Don't buy these. They aren't worth half of what they're selling for. I wouldn't pay more than a nickel for these ear-buds. Bring back the Elite 75ts, Jabra, or something like them, or I'm boycotting all Jabra products for good.

Great noise canceling wireless earbuds with great battery and nice and loud

Still learning to use, but is working well for me so far. Recommend trying the different size rubber ear pieces to get the right fit and take the time to learn/play with the controls. Son has the 65t and has been happy with them and he was surprised I was getting these as my first ear buds (don't think he knew they were coming out as they are fairly new on the market). ANC not quite what I was expecting as is, but again - may be good once I get it all figured out.

I listen to mostly rock/heavy metal and they sound awesome!! Bluetooth hooks up instantly!! I would definitely recommend these!!

Just note you can’t have just one playing in one ear. It’s both or nothing, but an easy workaround is clip one to your shirt and keep the other in your ear. But it has to be close to work.

Jabra keeps it going, this time with the 85t. I've owned all the various Jabra truly wireless earbuds units that have been produced - the 65t, 75t, and now the 85t (along with about 20 or so various other models, from all the usual makers). Jabra does manage to stay one step ahead of everyone else, just barely. It's the complete package from Jabra enables that advantage - the case, the app, the units themselves, all of it keeps Jabra at the front of the line.

I bought these as a Christmas gift for my wife but we are really bad about waiting for the actual holiday and she actually needed them sooner. She said that she was really happy with them and would recommend them.

Work great! Comfortable for long periods. Noise canceling works well, especially on a noisy plane!

Great sound quality and features. Comfortable to wear. Biggest issue is for mono-bud only the right ear piece can be used. This affects battery life.

Great earbuds (assuming they fit). Mine did not so that was a bummer. Software had some bugs (Sound+ App) but otherwise really great earbuds. If these Don't fit you a great alternative would be the 75t Active.

Great sound more of a neutral sound vs the 75t. The ANC is great. Jabra has one of the best earbud apps.

I own quite a few earbuds, i.e. AirPods Pro, Samsung Buds Plus, Samsung Buds Live, Powerbeats Pro, and the Sony xm3. And while all of them have theirplusses and minuses, I think the 85t's are perhaps the best overall. First the sound quality is the best - it rivals the Sony's. The ability to easily customize the sound via the Equalizer is great - with the Jabra App being outstanding too. The "Hearthrough" feature works ok - but the AirPods Pro equivalent is better. The ANC works very well and seems to be better that any of the others I own. The comfort is also very good and I very much like the fit as they rest on the ear not inside it - yet still block out much of the outside noise even before the ANC is turned on. Perhaps the Samsung buds are more comfortable to wear - but while their sound signature is acceptable - it is not near that of the 85ts or the Sony's. The size of the Sony buds is my only compliant with them - but their sound is excellent too. If I had any negative comment about the 85t's is that they are not as secure in my ears as I had hoped. I don't think they will ever drop out - but the right ear sometimes feels a little loose even with trying all of the tip sizes. It is probably just my unique ear canal and not any fault of the earbud itself. The Powerbeats Pro with their ear hook is really the best one for a secure fit - and overall the best for aggressive work-outs. At the end of the day, earbuds are a very personnel experience and what works best for me may not be for you. But I can easily say I am extremely pleased with the 85ts and overall have moved these into the #1 slot on my list for best overall buds.

If they fit you they will be super comfortable as they have an open feeling. Sounds great too.

What can I say other than these earbuds are a game changer. I bought the Airpods Pro and I was disappointed in the ANC and the mic quality for zoom meetings. The audio has great bass and decent high and mids as a kicker. The software app basically gives you all the functionality you will need without reaching for your device. Save your money on the Apple pros or the even more expensive Bose earbuds. You will not be disappointed.
