There's not way to even get a grip to open the lid or to pull them out of the charging case. Not ergonomic in the least. I have dropped the case 3 times just trying to get them charged or pull out the buds for the first use. DO NOT intend to fight with these every time I want to use these. Everything is slippery matte plastic.

All of the Elite 85t components, like the earbuds and charging case, are nano-coated in order to be able to achieve an IP rating of IPX4, which can make them a little slippery. True Noise Cancelation
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was using another brand's Bluetooth wireless earbuds for several months but the battery life was too short, so I was excited to try a new pair of Jabra Elite 85t. The most appealing feature to me was Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and it definitely works! When I need to shut off the outside noise, ANC provides silence. I was initially hesitant about downloading Jabra's Sound + app because I already have too many apps to manage, but realized this app is essential in order to control and customize its features. Via the app, you can also take a hearing test, register the product (for 2-year warranty), and access the manual. So far, I'm impressed with its battery life - the unit arrived fully charged, so even though I've been on multiple calls for the past couple of days, I still have a full charge on both earbuds and the cradle has 65% charge. The fit is nicely snug and comfortable, As the other reviewers mentioned, their eargels are oval-shaped but I can't tell which is better - round vs. oval. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my new Jabra Elite 85t.

I believe the Elite 85t are over priced the bass and sound quality is very poor. don't get me wrong I own the Jabra Elite - 75t the sound quality and bass, can't be compared this are by far thee best earbuds in the market today, not the Beats or JBL's and apple earbuds come close in sound to the Jabra-75t.

With some trial and error, most users are able to find a secure and comfortable fit for the earbuds, and it is rare when a user is not able to find a fit that is right for them.
