SO I have had a lot of different buds (searching for the perfect sound) and I and torn between these and the Bose. The Jabra have decent sound platform and decent ANC (better than Galaxy buds live). The call quality is good, wife says she can hear me but still hears things in background. My only gripe is the lack of mono operating options (not being able to use either bud independently). I feel if Jabra can achieve this, I will keep these for the long haul. By me not owning a Iphone I don't consider the Air pod pros an option for me since I cannot use the functionality to the fullest, even though I use a Macbook and an Ipad. If I had to pick I would choose the Bose if you are looking for audio quality and the Jabra if you are looking for comfort and better call quality. Just my opinion!!!

I personally liked my 75T actives better. (I lost them). I use these for a lot of calls and it most certainly is personal preference, but I don't like feeling/hearing myself speak. The noise cancelling is certainly superb if that's what you're into, they are just quite different than the 75s.

Multiconnect, 12 mm drivers, 6 mics, MORE!

After trying almost every brand on the market over several years. These actually really do cut the mustard. The pros: 6 actual regular microphones (which in my opinion and for my usage is better than bone conductive), These also allow for wireless charging which I found handy. They don't invade your ear too far, wearing them is very comfortable for extended periods of time. The 12mm drivers used on this set are also a key differentiator between this pair and the Elite 7's. I also like the PHYSICAL clickable buttons on each left and right headphone. I personally cannot stand touch controls as they are not always reliable etc.
The Multipair - Multiconnect feature is great, allowing power users to switch between devices easily on the fly.
The cons: You miss out on independent left device usage because this device uses a system where one headphone is the main device (the right headphone) and the left headphone needs it to be able to operate. Thusly, You can only operate with the right headphone in mono mode.?
Another con, I have noticed is that Jabra has moved on to refresh their line of these products and go in a little bit different direction. I highly doubt we will see the likes of the 95t. The 85t's say proudly on the box "Designed and engineered in Copenhagen" -- I liked this and was hoping to get some 95t's that replace these as the ultra-premium tier for Jabra products.
Lastly a major Con that ALL premium headphones and earbuds majorly miss. Is how come we can only connect 2? I'd ideally like to connect up to 5 or more audio routing devices (perhaps even some non audio routing devices) it would be really great if Jabra or Plantronics or somene figure this out because with the continual growth of connected devices that we interact with daily, I'm finding the 2 paired phones/devices thing to be rather paring. No matter how easy it is to go into pairing mode and manually connect. I am super hopeful some player in this space would work on this!

Now tho I have been on board with Jabra since the 65t series these are a great mark up. I do enjoy the quick connect and the sound is awesome with the app eq settings. Active noise cancelling is good but not the greatest it still does a good job of cancelling noise around you. It sad at this price you do not have the ability to use each bud individually which is(tho not a buy killer) still disappointing. Weight is not bad but do expect fatigue if used more that a few hours. I usually use these all day at work but with a break between shift on lunch and have not had a problem with the battery life but with the new size of item they could have at least boosted battery rather than what is offered, still I get a good two or three days before I have to charge case so that is great! Phone calls are by far the best as I use these they drown out noises usually with others I have to raise my voice but not with these. I would expect that from Jabra a company designed on phone products.

I’ve been looking for a pair of earbuds that I could use for my intense cardio workouts. I’ve been using these with my iPhone for a few weeks and I love them. These will definitely be a top contender in my weekly rotation.
Pros:
The setup process was quick and easy.
The case is small and very compact. I love how it fits in my pocket.
Long battery life. I use my earbuds every day and only need to charge them once a week.
User friendly app.
The earbuds are comfortable and stay in my ears.
The controls are easy to push. I love that the controls are customizable through the app.
Can use one earbud at a time.
Cons:
The case design makes it hard to open. I wish there was a notch or something similar to make the case easier to open.
The case feels a bit flimsy. I’m always worried I’m going to break it.
The ANC feature is average

Compare to Elite 75t

I bought these expecting them to be an improvement to the Elite 75t. They are good, but rather hard to compare. The only positive I found was that they don't block your ear canal like the 75t's do. They are more of an open air design so you won't hear yourself talking or eating as much while using them. I don't like that they are sometimes difficult to get out of the case. My fingers just can't get a grip.
The sound quality is much the same. I think the bass is heavier in the 75t's because of the sealed design.
The ANC has been praised in many reviews. I can't find that it's any better than that of the 75t. In fact, in really noisy environments, the passive cancellation of the 75t's sealed design helps it do a better job than the 85t.
My bottom line: If you don't mind the sealed design of the 75t, save a few dollars and stick with that. It is a far better value and I would recommend them over these.

These earbuds are awesome and what's most to like for me is the deep bass tones and the clear highs! These earbuds fit effortlessly in my ears and after going through the jabra's tuning and setup app, which personalizes each earbud for optimal performance in each ear, the sound just fills my head with the clearest sound. Doesn't matter if listening to any type of music or a webinar! The hearthrough feature allows you to be engaged with your surroundings, while hearing all the sounds your ears are capable of hearing! Best earphones/earbuds I've ever owned!

These work great, I've had the previous two versions the 65 and the 75, the 75's were very good and fit perfect in my ear. I must say these 85's are a major upgrade as far as quality, especially for music, I tend to have used these more for the bluetooth for talking on my phones which work and sound great for that purpose and like that it can be synced to my work phone and personal phone at the same time. I have always relied on other brands for music, these really stepped it up for listening to music, the sound and bass is very much to my liking, very impressed and satisfied, also the wireless charging is cool and you can use one ear piece at a time (the right side). Wish it came in the all black though. They don't fit as good as the 75, a little bigger but I guess that's to be expected with the upgrades, I haven't had any issues so far with them falling out. By far the Best bluetooth ear pieces I've used so far.

The Jabra t85 elite earbuds are definitely worthy of their elite title. With a great app in sound + these earbuds are fully customizable and loaded with features. The case has a usb-c charging port and they can be charged wirelessly with iQ charging technology which resulted with myself never having a charging issue. They sound crystal clear during calls and when playing your favorite playlist they preform as well and in some cases better than the competition. I’m loving these earbuds and they are currently my go to pair.

I had the 75t before these and both are excellent. If you work from home, take calls on both the computer and your phone, these are perfect. Automatically switches device when there is a call incoming. You can listen to your music and enjoy the excellent sound quality and take a call if it comes in. They are also very comfortable so if you wear them all day, your ears won’t be sore. Great battery life.

This review is for people that own many premium earbuds and want to know deeper about earbuds:
I have 4 top tier earbuds: Sony wf-1000xm3, Bose qc, Sennheiser momentum 2 and Jabra 85t, I will make it simple for you to estimate if this earbuds is right for you by ranking it features
Noice cancellation: 2nd after the Bose, this earbuds does cancel noise.Even better than the sennheiser
Sound quality: 2nd after the sennheiser, needless to say about the sound quality, it surprises me that this is actually better than bose in sound quality, the thing abiut the bose is that it doesnt have EQ setting, with the Jabra, you can adjust it the way you want to listen to music, I love that
Comfort: 1nd, I'm not exaggerating, this is really comfortable to wear, although it's not the most secure one, but it won't fall out, as long as you don't wear them in parties and dance like a monkey, it wilo stay in your ears, it feels like I were not wearing them, really comfortable.
The app: 2nd after the sennheiser, I know that Jabra has one of the best app but it's still missing one features that the Sennheiser has, the volume adjustment, for as I know, I can't turn up or down the volume by this earbuds, I have to use my phone, that's kinda upsetting.
And also the build of the case feels a little bit cheap for me, so be careful with them

Sold my 75T’s Which I thought were Awesome for some stupid reason & got a pair of air pod pros. Well they lasted a good 24 hrs before being returned! Pros don’t stay in your ears- Period! So I decided to try the new 85T’s. These are Apple crushers! Can adjust music to your liken, sound is great, many touch options on buds, case is now wireless charge and buds stay in your ears.. I’ll be honest 75’s felt a little more snug in ear, but these stay in fine. Very happy with Jabras, this is my 3rd pair. Get Em!

Best bluetooth ever, i use these more for bluetooth hands free with my phones, i like that i can be paired and connected to two phones at the same time (work & personal) clarity on both ends are great, they are comfortable as anything else once you get used to it. One thing i didn't expect was the awesome sound when listening to music, i like my bass and these are up there. They are slightly bigger then the previous 75t but i guess thats to be expected with the better sound.

Maybe I just have a bad ear shape? I’ve ALWAYS had difficulty with earbuds of this type (with the silicone or foam tips), but in that category, these are the best I’ve found. And I’m THRILLED with them otherwise! I love the active noise cancelling for studying in busy places or when my roommates are partying, and the battery life is amazing. I’ve also found the microphone to be of great quality for zoom calls, and the hear-through function helps me to not speak too loudly. Also, the multipoint Bluetooth is super convenient, because as a student I’m often working on several devices at once. Overall, great headphones—just wish Jaba would make some colorful silicone cases so I feel like I can’t lose them so easily and I wish they fit me a little better
