This earbud replaced the 65t that Ive had for a year or so, but dropped it on a hard surface, then it wouldn't charge. I love the Jabra earbuds but couldn't find a replacement. The 85t is great, well at least after I finally figured out how to best secure in my ear. I enjoy the music and phone conversation with the 85t.

Awesome product and worth the cost. Noise cancelling is top notch, call and audio quality is amazing, battery life of the buds and case exceeds expectation, custom settings are almost overwhelming, and the water resistance is great if you're out walking and may build up a sweat. Only negatives to report: They have so many customizations options they take a while to set up and get used to (3 settings on each earbud and they can change between calling and audio, you need to set up audio custom to you in a silent room etc.) but once they are I bet you'd agree it was worth it.And last small issue, you must always have the right earbud in for them to work(probably not an issue for everyone but sometimes I just want one when Im using the white noise options before sleeping and I happen to sleep on the wrong side of my head, so Id love to only use the left earbud from time to time.) Also due to price I very much remind people to register them with Jabra in the Jabra app and buy GeekSquad support to protect the investment.

Tried many different lower price earbuds before finding the Jabra 85t. Very comfortable to wear. ANC works really well for earbuds. Sounds great and the controls are easy to use with real a real button on each earbud. Works well for conference calls and exercise. Well worth it for the price.

I bought these sort of on a whim, because I already have the AirPod Pro and the Bose Quietcomfort earbuds. I tried the Jabras before, but didn’t like them as much as the Bose. The new Bose hurt your ears after extended period of time and these have the ANC so I tried them out. I am not using them almost all the time and the main reason is how well they just work. They connect when you take them out of the case and they disconnect when you take them out off your ear. They sound great too…they almost feel as if they aren’t in your ear and they never try to take over the Bluetooth connection when they are in the case like the bode earbuds do. Sometimes I have tootsie the Bose case to another partner the house because they keep trying to take over the Bluetooth even when I am using my AirPods…not cool. Jabra is much better in this regard even though Bose does sound good…this set of Jabra sounds just as good and much easier to work with.

Very nice earbuds, comfortable fit, the app works well and love that one can control the base etc, and works great during calls. Background noise is minimized during calls. ANC works well, but not the best it could be. However, it definitely drowns out the loud music at the gym.

I love these ear buds. Everyone hears me clearly and I hear everyone clearly. My only issues is the tips. I can't seem to find a happy medium. After having them in my ears for a while, if I move wrong , they are ready to come out. Otherwise, the sound quality is great.

I love these earbuds. Here is my use case: -2 phones, One is a work phone, one is a personal phone. I use Microsoft teams on the work phone and join 5-10 meetings a day. These sync flawlessly and the battery has no problems all day. I have never ran out of battery but then again I put them in the case for the 5 minutes in between meetings to give them a quick charge. I also listen to music while mowing the lawn, or take calls on my personal phone. Switching between phones is smart and automatic. Case is wireless charging and sits on my samsung pad at night. Fit in my ears is great and does not hurt after extended use. I have also used these while running and they stay in just fine.

The sound quality is excellent and the fit is comfortable enough to wear for 5 hours at a time, that is about the battery life they have given me with ANC on. The fit can be adjusted to fit most peoples ears with the ear tips provided. I would recommend these to my friends!

I've rocked Jabras since the 65T, prior to that sticking with various Jaybird wired BT headphones. Liked the 65Ts a lot and felt that the 75T were a huge step up in sound quality, size, and battery life. I had high hopes for the 85Ts with the addition of dedicated ANC hardware, but overall after trying them for an hour or two, came up disappointed. The sound quality is not as vibrant as the 75s and felt flat with the low end coming in shallow. I prefer the sealed design of the 75s over the 85s somewhat open canal design. The 75s also feel more secure in the ear than the 85s. While the ANC technology of the 85s is probably superior to the firmware update the 75s received, the open air buds allow more outside noise in, so in my short experience, it was a wash; I could not notice a significant difference in ANC quality. Sound quality and ANC aside, the size was another disappointment. I know it was necessary to fit the ANC chip into the earbuds, but considering the mediocrity of the ANC, it doesn't seem to be worth this increase in weight. So what's good about them? Wireless charging. I don't think they are horrible earbuds, and someone entering the true wireless arena will probably appreciate them. Personally I'd recommend buying the 75s with wireless charging case, sold, unfortunately, exclusively at Costco.

Nice size plugs that have a nice sound. I would purchase again.

I travel for a living. After reading the reviews I decided to retire my 75t for the 85t. What a MISTAKE!!!. Sound quality is great on both pairs. Call quality on my 75t was better then the 85t according to the 100 or more people I spoke too. NC in my opinon was better on the 75t also. This has to do with fit. The Sound+ app works great. The ease of use for the 85t is awesome just like the 75t. The features are awesome too.Just when setting up the 85t you have to constantly move the bud around in your ear to find the perfect fit or the app will not let you set up the NC the way it was intended to do. I get a better fit with my 75t. Now Jabra decided to go oval for the ear piece. This is for those that have perfect ear canals. Like me I have lager ear canals and the large ear pieces don't work. There is no aftermarket ear gels to fit the 85t. Of course Jabra says not to use aftermarket ear tips. Well Jabra how about you putting out another size or 2 of ear tips for the less common folks out there that buy your products. Yes Jabra makes a good product here. Just not for me or my liking. Will go back to my 75t.Would I recommend these to other people yes. Just find a place that will let you try then on before purchase.

Owned the 75t for years. Loved those and after the years of use the stopped working. Went with the 85t and love them. Don’t notice a difference at all really between the 75t and 85t and I like that. Don’t fix what isn’t broken

Really easy to use, the app walks you through the setup. Sound is great and the charging case works amazingly. I have used them several times to the point the earbuds needed to be charged put them back in the case they get charged and ready to go for the next time. The case holds a greater charge then the earbuds so you can get about 15-20 charges out of it. Also, the app has a lot of features that are really nice to have like white noise, eq, etc. The only thing I wish it would do is probably allow you to reset them up as far a sound check and the fitting because I did not get it completed the first time around. Anyways, they fit nicely in your pocket with the case and easy to find in your backpack.

I originally had apple airpod pros, but moved to these for the better quality ANC. AND has been MASSIVELY helpful for my migraines and noise-sensitivity.

Good sound not very comfortable after an extended period of time

These perform like a charm, the only issue that I have with them are that they are right ear mono only. The sound quality is great, I’m pleased with the advance noise cancellation options, and they have good battery life. I would just love the option of being able to use either left or right ear on calls or when listening to music.

Good ear bud but i currently have the 65t and they fit very snug and in comparison the 85t have an oblong circular cushion thats not as snug so the anc isn't a major difference. Sounds are clear but don't expect really good bass. For the price i would think a better offering from Samsung. Phone calls are clear and the bluetooth holds at distances from your phone. Loose comfortable fit.

Sound is terrific. Comfortable to wear. Charges quickly. I would purchase the Jabra Elite 85t again. A bit expensive but well worth the expense. I use primarily for taking and receiving calls and for listening to webcast seminars.
