Favorite ear buds. So discreet and works wonders. Great warranty as well.

The sound is good. I purchased these instead of apple earbuds so I could use on a Samsung device as well. If I were Apple only, I'd prefer the airbuds. These seem to be a bit heavy in the ear.

These are the best wireless ear phones at this price range if you dont like samsung ear buds. Only problem for me is they go deep into the ear and you feel icthy and pain after sometime ( this is feel i felt dont know about others)

I purchase the earbuds to be utilize while working without looking like I am being distracted. I can also privately listen to videos and meditative sounds. I normally don't use both because of my work environment but sometimes when I do I might be able to hear someone calling for me. I use the smaller earpiece cap but sometimes find myself a little uncomfortable and sometimes if I moved my too much it loosens the earbud.

Sound quality was good - unfortunately they don't stay in my ears as comfortably as I would like and would repeatedly fall out at the gym.

Got these for my husband and he loves them, says that the sound is great.

Now these right here are just great for everyday use and for in the gym sound quality is the best

These earphones really have great sound quality. They are as good as the more expensive ones.

It's bad enough that these headphones just crapped out after a little while. You have to wait for 45 minutes to get any help from Jabra. When they finally said 'ok, your headphones are defective,' things got even worse. First off, they won't send you a new pair. You have to mail them in first. And the mailing in process is insane. Jabra sends you an email. You have to fill out a lengthy form and upload the receipt. After you do that, nothing happens. No confirmation, no response. I must have done it five times just to make sure. A couple of weeks later, I called them and waited for 45 minutes to talk to someone. The person on the phone said the customer service reps just ignore these requests. But she agreed to just send me a return shipping label. I shipped them back and waited a couple more weeks. Then I called and waited another 45 minutes to get someone on the phone to ask what happened. The customer service rep on the phone said the return had been received and they're getting ready to ship me a replacement pair. Two weeks later, nothing has happened. I really don't want to wait another 45 minutes. I'll just wait for the competitor from Beats (owned by Apple) to come out. I just want to warn people not buy anything from Jabra. It's a really terrible company and you'll be very disappointed if you buy one of their products. I'm really surprised a legit retailer like Best Buy would sell their products.
