Only problem for me is they go deep into the ear and you feel icthy and pain after sometime ( this is feel i felt dont know about others)

I can also privately listen to videos and meditative sounds. I normally don't use both because of my work environment but sometimes when I do I might be able to hear someone calling for me. I use the smaller earpiece cap but sometimes find myself a little uncomfortable and sometimes if I moved my too much it loosens the earbud.

Tried resetting the case as instructed on their site but didnt work either.
