These are the best ear buds I have used, they sound incredible and great for exercising with.

Got these for my son! He really likes them. I would have given a 5 star but the left earbud doesn't want to stay in sometimes. All in all a great product. He's had them for 2 yrs and uses almost everyday.

Great ear buds. Fall out of my ears on occasion but I didn’t buy the sport edition so maybe that’s all I should have done. Wish I could use just left earbud at times but right one is the dominant one if you only wanna is one.

These earphones really have great sound quality. They are as good as the more expensive ones.

It's bad enough that these headphones just crapped out after a little while. You have to wait for 45 minutes to get any help from Jabra. When they finally said 'ok, your headphones are defective,' things got even worse. First off, they won't send you a new pair. You have to mail them in first. And the mailing in process is insane. Jabra sends you an email. You have to fill out a lengthy form and upload the receipt. After you do that, nothing happens. No confirmation, no response. I must have done it five times just to make sure. A couple of weeks later, I called them and waited for 45 minutes to talk to someone. The person on the phone said the customer service reps just ignore these requests. But she agreed to just send me a return shipping label. I shipped them back and waited a couple more weeks. Then I called and waited another 45 minutes to get someone on the phone to ask what happened. The customer service rep on the phone said the return had been received and they're getting ready to ship me a replacement pair. Two weeks later, nothing has happened. I really don't want to wait another 45 minutes. I'll just wait for the competitor from Beats (owned by Apple) to come out. I just want to warn people not buy anything from Jabra. It's a really terrible company and you'll be very disappointed if you buy one of their products. I'm really surprised a legit retailer like Best Buy would sell their products.

I’ve had these about a month and they are great. The sound is crystal clear.

I got these to "cut the cord" and free up some movement while mountain biking. These are decent but the become very uncomfortable after about 30 minutes of listening but that is purely subjective based on my ear structure. They offer three options for fitment but they are very soft and tend to slip although I've never had one fall out even while jumping and hitting roots and rocks. I've also had several signal issues and full drop outs when connected to my Galaxy S8+. They do charge fast and they are convenient and small but for the price I expected a little more comfort and better signal quality for an "activity focused" set of buds.

These are better than the i pods. The noise cancelling system and quality of sound is much better.

I wondered if it fall out of my ear but it didn't and you get used to it and it's comfortable.

The fit is adequate, the sound quality is slightly above average, and battery life is not great. I expected a lot more from earbuds that cost this much.
