Comfortable in the ear,great app,good sound and control

The sound is very clear. Battery life is about 3 days.

I bought my Jabras after a friend recommending them to me, now I wish he hadn’t. I was a body builder and needed something I can trust, so I took my friend’s word as he had the Jabras and Beats. The first couple of months were pretty good, but I then stopped body building and stopped using the Jabras so consistently. However, after a loooooong break, I decided to go back to the gym and this is when it all went downhill. There’s been a consistent noise in the left earbud, and no matter how many times I reset it, that noise is still persistent. After days of communication and answering all of Jabra’s questions via email, their final response is as follows “ Thank you for contacting Jabra Support. If the battery is not charged/used for 6+ months it will degrade and stop working.” So.... let me understand this. Though my product is still under warranty, it is my fault that the product has “degrade[d]” because I stopped using them? I’ve had apple products that’s been sitting there for years and still work like a charm when I turn them on. How is that an excuse?? Worse customer service ever. I would never recommend Jabra products to anyone after this experience so I thoroughly hope you choose something else to avoid headaches like this after spending so much money on it.

Quality sound, nice comfortable fit for the ear...

They are a good sounding and feature packed headset but I have had several weird issues that required replacement. I like the fact that features and functionality can be upgraded through software advancements and that Jabra does an excellent job with both support and software upgrades.

Good sound quality and hear through function and a steal with promotion, but charging case is a bit hit or miss. Sometimes the charge light doesn't come on after earbuds are placed in the case.

I've purchased many wired and wireless buds over the years and the Jabra elite active are the best in class. The sound, fit and feature rich make these a great purchase.

Comfortable. Sounds great. You don't need both earbuds for it work. In that scenario, only the right control earbud is necessary.

Have tried a few other brands of similar style headphones and so far these are my favorite! Good sound quality and surprisingly comfortable on the ears. Recommended!

I love these headphones, but I do wish that I could change the songs using the headphones instead of having to pull out my phone during a run or a workout. Besides that, they are great - love the sound quality and the fact that I can take one headphone out and it'll continue once I put it back in. Overall, great headphones!

I've had a couple sets of el-cheapo wireless earbuds that usually failed within a year, but these are my first try at a set of "true" wireless earbuds (that is, they aren't connected by a wire between them). I have to say that I am very impressed with them in every way, from ease of use as well as sound quality. They even seem to work well on phone calls. They've since been superseded by newer models, but there is nothing lacking in these for what I use them for.

Great wireless earbud. It's not too big so it does not stick out of ear too much. The sound is great as well.

The sound quality is excellent and they stay in place when I do my run walk intervals on the treadmill. So happy with them! Highly recommend!

Have been using these Earbuds for over a year now and just can't believe how long the battery last, sound is great and they fit my ears perfectly.

These headphones are great and Jabra has a great interface to adjust sound quality and background noise. They are comfortable and haven’t fallen out yet.

These are a great find! The quality of the music is really good, they are more comfortable than any other wireless I found that would actually stay in my ear.
