I did my research, updated my earphones ect... after tons of googling everyone had this issue with them. I wanted to give these Jabras a shot and once I updated them I had very little to no lag on YouTube, Netflix etc and even on my laptop. Granted they’re not meant for laptops but they work flawless on my surface and my ROG! In short if you don’t want AirPods, but want great sound/functions with little to no lag. Get these! I wish BestBuy had the blue copper ones but I’m happy with my black ones.

Tried all three sizes of the silicon ear bud, but they just didn't work. Returned them (very easy - thank you Best Buy!) and replaced them with a pair of Jaybird Vistas.

The phone talking feature was really good. The only problem for me was that the ear buds kept coming out. I wish they had a wing feature to keep them in place.

However, the one complaint I had, and reason I returned was because of the fit. They were much too big for my ear and after a few mins of use my card ars would hurt.

Right Ear Issue

I was unaware of the issue until I purchased these. I’ll be taking them back in for a warranty replacement. They do work great when the issue is not present.
