I then returned one pair and bought a cheaper option, as the "smart" features prevented using the way I wanted.

After that I got the fit I needed. These are a "10" even better than air pods. Talking on the phone with them is a breeze they give new meaning to the word "smart". The agent who sold the Jabra's to me was very knowledgeable and Best Buy did price match Amazon. Go to Best Buy they have so many to choose from. You can even "find your Jabra" with the app.

Good ambient mode. However, the earbuds that fit in the ear canal or not for me. I have switched to Plantronics, which fit in you ear, but not in your ear canal.

Good sound but battery is disappointing

Also, they did not fit my ears perfectly, and they fell out a couple of times while doing yard work. I exchanged these for the Beats version.
