When you have both earphones in, you cannot hear any other sounds so it’s very hard to hold a conversation The earphones require that both earpieces be in your ear for them to work. If one comes out then the call gets dropped which is crazy. The earpieces also fell out no matter which size I used or if they didn’t fall out it was because I smooshed them as hard as I could into my ear canal which was very uncomfortable. I would recommend to go buy Apple pro air pods which is what I switched to. They allow only one to be used in one ear at a time and they work with extreme clarity

Best Truly Wireless Headphones

Promising start, broke after less than 2 years

The buttons were difficult to use sometimes/not as responsive. Biggest complaint - these didn't even last 2 years of regular use (daily commute + 2-3x/week gym) before the left earbud went out. I asked Jabra support, they suggested I buy another earbud or charging case -- I scoured Reddit for fixes, tried everything, and no success. 100% not worth the investment, I'll probably get some plantronics or jlabs next.

This year, I decided to up my earbud game. I’m not a fan of the Apple earbuds so the wireless ones was not an option, so I tried these. Really like them. The only downside is occasionally, they will fall out of the ears.
