Left earbud DOA!

Tried all of the suggestions from support and nothing worked. The sound was good from the right earbud. They are also a little on the big side. I ended up returning them to Best Buy. The return process was very easy with Best Buy. Jabra suggested that I file a claim with them for a new pair but all of the hassle to do that wasn't worth it. There are too many other products on the market to deal with the hassle that Jabra want's in order to file a claim.

Amazing sound!

They are super comfortable and can easily fall asleep in them in bed (one of the many reasons why I bought these). Of course beats are great (Spent $300 on them) they are just too heavy and bulky-the Jabra Elite have low profile feel to it. You also get an awesome equalizer within the app which I don’t have now and I feel like I’ve been missing out..buy these!

Problem is now you have more junk to carry around in your pockets. If young try to use only one earbud at a time you kind of can't because you must always have the right one inserted into your ear or it no worky.
