This could be because of my ear anatomy but just didn't feel secure.

Since everyone's ears are shaped slightly differently, we recommend trying all of the different sized EarGels that come included in your package in order to find a fit that is snug, but not too snug. You may even need to mix and match the size of your EarGels per earbud. Received defective pair

Purchased from Best Buy to use for travel but didn't use/test out until many months later when I needed them for a trip. The buds do not turn on and have never worked, no matter what I try. I should have confirmed they worked upon initial purchase (lesson learned), since I was well outside the return window when I realized I received a defective pair. Very disappointing and money wasted.

Really wanted to love these

Sounds amazing, ckear and loud BUT they kept popping out of my ear, even though I changed to the smaller size. A strand of my hair accidentally got caught on the ear bup and when I pulled my hair to separate, the bud flew out somewhere in the back seat of my car on the floor. Once I found it, I immediately decided I wanted something more secure and could stay around my neck cause if I lost just one or misplaced one and for the price I paid, I would've been furious. Lol. Wish you the best no matter what you decide and I hope this comment helps.

Like the App for them and connection to my phone is good. Some functions lacking like touch features for volume and the playing music with just one earbud in. overall I like them.
