Like the App for them and connection to my phone is good. Some functions lacking like touch features for volume and the playing music with just one earbud in. overall I like them.

Will not stay in your ears

The BIG problem with these earbuds is they will not stay in your ears. They will just pop out and bounce off the ground without any warning. The function buttons are hard to operate and the only time they would stay in your ears is when they created a suction on your eardrums. This created another problem of not being able to hear what you were listening to and it would also make the volume on the earbuds turn almost completely down and return to your volume setting after a lengthy period.

I have worked with the various earpieces and find that they will fall out from my ears. If I could return them I would.

There is no active noise cancellation on the speakers, but with the right fit selected (https://www.jabra.com/supportpages/jabra-elite-active-65t#/Video/Jabra-Elite-65t---Jabra-Elite-Active-65t---fitting#100-99010000-02), the earbuds provide passive noise isolation. The HearThrough feature allows you to hear noise in your environment through the earbuds, so you may want to just check that this feature is disabled as well in the Sound+ app. Thank you for your review!
