The left ear bud loses connection often. I don’t like that removing the right bud stops the connection.

We apologize for the inconvenience but the right earbud is where the Bluetooth connection between your phone and the Elite Active 65t is hosted. The left earbud is then connected to the right earbud through a different kind of connection (not Bluetooth), and that's why it won't work independently (since it doesn't have a Bluetooth connection with the phone). I was surprised that I ended up using the smallest ear covering, but they were painful otherwise. The battery seems to last forever and I haven’t had any connection issues since updating them. The pass through is nice, but not nearly what is advertised. Neither of us use it, though it is good to know it’s there.
