Totally wire free seemed like a great idea in theory, but oh the practice. Proper fit requires you Jam and twist these into your ear canal for a snug fit. I did so and jumped on the treadmill. No good. Lifting they were fine but I was super aware just in case one popped out. Just buy one of the Bluetooth brands with a minimal wire linking the two sides and save yourself the aggravation if you plan on being active at all. The one benefit of these totally wireless things is the case storage / recharge which is awesome.

Great alternative to Airpods

These are a great alternative. My only complaint is when I am in the gym they don’t always sound loud enough but I believe it’s my settings for surrounding noise. Otherwise very pleased with them. The case charges them when not in use.

I really loved using them so I ordered these while they were on sale. After a series of frustrating delivery delays the pair that showed up didn't work. There was a connection issue with one of the buds, and after a short troubleshooting process with bestbuy and jabra I was advised to exchange them. I was told that I had exceeded my return window even though I had gotten them late due to shipping issues. Some kind of exception was generously made and I got a new pair only to have the same problem but worse! Now I am stuck with a completely useless pair of earbuds (both sides won't even turn on after multiple troubleshooting attempts) and can't exchange them again. As nice as a refund would be, I would honestly prefer/be happy if I just got a working pair.
