I love them. I use it when I work, during work outs and driving. You just have to adjust and fit it to your ear so it won’t fall. I wish they would let the left earbud work by itself.

I ordered a pair of these last year after my in-laws' dog chewed up a cheapo previous pair of wireless bluetooth headphones I owned. I really loved using them so I ordered these while they were on sale. After a series of frustrating delivery delays the pair that showed up didn't work. There was a connection issue with one of the buds, and after a short troubleshooting process with bestbuy and jabra I was advised to exchange them. I was told that I had exceeded my return window even though I had gotten them late due to shipping issues. Some kind of exception was generously made and I got a new pair only to have the same problem but worse! Now I am stuck with a completely useless pair of earbuds (both sides won't even turn on after multiple troubleshooting attempts) and can't exchange them again. As nice as a refund would be, I would honestly prefer/be happy if I just got a working pair.

Comfortable earbuds deliver great sound and are easy to connect.

My girlfriend talked me into getting these (easily, after I tried hers). They pair efficiently with my iPhone 8 whenever I take them out of their case. Also disconnect quickly when replaced in their case (which also recharges them). The hear-through feature is also very nice and their app works well for changing settings for the earbuds.

They are super clear and they Bluetooth connection is great, it takes a few hours of wearing to get used to the rubber insert but you can barely feel them inserted.

I purchased these as a surprise birthday gift for my husband. My husband nor I had heard of Jabra before purchasing these, but they came highly recommended by the Best Buy salesperson. These earbuds did not disappoint! My husband says that they are fantastic, and I scored lots of points for the big surprise!
