Returned these for Jaybirds and I like them better. Personal preference though because I didn’t like pushing the buds into my ear to use the buttons.

They are the best by far. The quality of the headphones is amazing.

Fit is semi comfortable. The ease of use is it's down fall. It has many options but not very user friendly. BTW download the Jabra app so you can get the full instructions.

I like to listen to my music when I workout (and yes I sweat a lot) and I hate cords. No wires sounded like a huge leap over even the wrap around ear buds. The setup was moderately simple. If you want to just connect via Bluetooth you can and they work just fine. If you want to use the app; If you have a iPhone make sure you choose Sound+, not the other 2 Jabra apps. I went thru all the gel inserts to try and get a good fit. I looked at pictures online to see how they were to be inserted and rotated (the paper guide was not the best). These did come partially charged and that is always nice. These was some bass but not a huge amount, that is kinda expected from such a small headphone. When I turned my head there is a cracking sound that came from the left headphone. That may be due to poor fitting or a defect not sure. I did take a couple of calls, the people said I sounded a little hollow but almost no background noise. When you take out an earbud (like you are talking to someone) the headphones turn off. I gave up on the headset controls I just kept knocking them out of my ear to use the functions and just ended up easier to use my phone. The charging cradle takes some getting use to (why do you even put in a usb charging cable if its 6"?)(why is this usb?) They have to fit in the right way, there is no indicator to show charge level. This proprietary charger looks like it is going to be expensive to replace when you break or lose it? Speaking of losing it, why cant I find the charger or earbud from my phone? Pros: very easy to pair lightweight good sound, good bass and treble really good noise isolation (and you select the level) good sound quality, no dropouts with music or calls surprisingly good battery life cons: the proprietary charging case I can see being a problem. and leave out the overly short charging cable. why is there no locator for the charging case? When the headset loses contact with your skin there is a cracking noise. When you sweat and move your head this increases. headset controls difficult to use. Would i recommend them? yes if you are not in the south where we sweat a lot.
