Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the Elite Active 65t True Wireless Earbud Headphones for their exceptional sound quality, comfortable fit, and long battery life. Many users find them easy to use and connect to devices. While some users would prefer a louder volume and stronger bass, most agree that the sound quality is great for the price.

    Buyer Beware: It doesn't pair

After deliberation between this and two other earbuds, I decided to get these. I based my decision on the features the product offered and the reviews even though I had pause given that about 20% or so of the reviews weren’t good. Well, unfortunately, the product I purchased fell in that 20%. I wish I could say there was a sound quality, fit, or some other in-play problem with the earbuds. But my problem was fundamental: the earbuds would pair with my phone (a Samsung S21+). I tried for a week to get it to pair to no avail. The earbuds weren’t even being recognized by my phone when attempting to pair. So, I returned them for a refund (there’s no way I would get another set). This is the first time purchasing this brand. Sadly, it will be my last.

Hi BigPoppaPump - We are sorry that you had trouble connecting your Jabra Elite Active 65t with Google. In the Sound+ app, you can select Alexa or "phone default" to be your voice assistant. You will want to select "phone default" and ensure that Google is the default voice assistant that is selected on your phone. controls are great up setup was easy. biggest issue is the fit, I tried all 3 ear tips and within 10-15 minutes of using them my ears were in alot of pain. there was also zero base to them, sounded like i was listening from a tin can. I even downloaded the jabra app to adjust them and that did nothing to change the sound

Bought because needed one headset for multiple device pairing (PC and phone). At first, worked great. Left bud began not holding charge. Then, microphone didn't work with PC though worked fine initially. Tried re-pairing. Only really good for phone, but charge doesn't last long. And, always falls from ears. Never fit right. Went back to using Beats.

Hello Cpend- The Left Earbud of the Elite 65t has to be in range with the Right Earbud to function properly. The maximum range between the earbuds is 20cm/8in. Please feel free to use the Right Earbud independently. You can play/pause by pressing the multi-function button or by pausing from the phone. If you use the Right Earbud independently, the volume has to be controlled from the phone, and you have to skip tracks from the phone (since you aren't using the Left Earbud). The Right earbud is where the Bluetooth connection between your phone and the Elite Active 65t is hosted. The Left Earbud is then connected to the Right Earbud through a different kind of connection (not Bluetooth), and that's why the Left Earbud will not work independently (since it doesn't have a Bluetooth connection with the phone). If you have any additional questions or concerns, please contact the Jabra Support team: https://www.jabra.com/supportpages/jabra-elite-active-65t/100-99010000-02/contact-support. Thank you for writing a review of the Jabra Elite Active 65t. Jabra

The right earbud never turned on, never synced with the left earbud or phone. I had my tech-savvy sons attempt to connect it, but to no avail. I really wanted these to work, but I had to return them.

Hello Ahmed- We appreciate your review of the Jabra Elite Active 65t, and we are sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with the device. At this time, please be advised that the Elite Active 65t only features passive noise cancellation for the user, not ANC. To get the best possible audio quality with your Elite Active 65t, we recommend making sure your earbuds are placed correctly in your ears. You can check our support page here to ensure you have the proper adjustment: https://www.jabra.com/supportpages/jabra-elite-active-65t/100-99010000-02/faq/How-do-I-get-the-best-fit-with-my-Jabra-true-wireless-earbuds#/. Ensuring you have the best fit with the eargels on your Jabra Elite Active 65t earbuds is also vital for making the most out of the passive noise cancellation function of your earbuds. A snug fit will create a seal around the outside of your ear canal, which will, in turn, prevent ambient noise from getting into your audio stream. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any other questions or concerns about your earbuds: https://www.jabra.com/supportpages/jabra-elite-active-65t/100-99010000-02/contact-support. We are always here for you! Jabra

Had to return these within a week. They sounded OK, but the bluetooth connection was very unreliable. For what these cost, this was unacceptable. Replaced with Bose Soundsport Free, which are flawless, and sound much better. Would NOT recommend the Jabra Elite active.

The right earbud was broken right out of the brand new box, and unfortunately for me, I didn't attempt to contact Jabra right away. Luckily, I was able to buy a replacement earbud and they work just fine now, but I doubt I will ever buy another pair from Jabra again.

I will never buy these earbuds no more because the quality isn't good at all you need to talk up so the other person can hear you when you have the volume turn alway up . Plus in order to hear clearly close your window in a automobile you still have to raise your voice.
