After that I could not get the main (R) bud to charge. Makes them worthless as the passive (L) bud won't work if main one doesn't. Seems like a design flaw imo.

Worst purchase

The case won't charge to 100% even after 8hrs of being plugged in. I thought i was upgrading from my j-lab ear plugs but i was wrong.

Open the charging case and place the earbuds inside the case.
Leave the lid open, and plug it into a power source using the supplied USB cable and the power supply or a wall charger with a standard voltage of 5v +- 0.25v.
(Note: It is not recommended to charge the earbuds/case using a power supply with a higher voltage)
Once you see the case battery level LED indication light up near the port after 3 to 5 sec, please close the lid.
Allow the earbuds and the case to charge for 2 hours to receive a full charge.

|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had these for several days now and have been using them on a daily basis for several hours per day. These are by far the most comfortable wireless earbuds that I've used and I've used quite a few different brands to include Apple AirPods, JLab Epic Air and Bose SoundSports (although not completely wireless). Before I got these, my favorite completely wireless earphones were hands down the Apple AirPods, but now these Jabra's are my new go to earphones. They just simply work, they sound great, are extremely comfortable and have some great features. Right out of the box, mine were at 62% charged, so I was able to use them right away. The charging case that comes with it, is slightly larger than the AirPods case, but fits well in my pocket. Pairing was as simple as pressing both earphones and connecting to my iPhone X. I also paired them with my Google Pixel XL and was happy to see that I could connect to two devices simultaneously. They fit great right out of the box. They fit snugly and was extremely comfortable. I used them on a run and I didn't have to re-adjust them or push them in tighter. I normally don't use noise cancelling headphones when running, but with the app, I was able to adjust the amount of outside sound I felt more comfortable running with them. With the app, you can customize the EQ, amount of "HearThrough" or outside sound, EQ presets, and get software updates. You also register them with the app and they add a two year replacement warranty to them. The sound is about the best I've heard on a truly wireless earphone. Great bass which is adjustable along with the mids and treble. Even when talking on these, the sound is clear and loud. I appreciate that they have the call name or number announce as well. To answer a call, a quick tap on the right bud and the call answers. To adjust the volume, press the little raised hash on the left bud and to change a song track press and hold the same buttons to go back or skip the current track. The only slight negative with these earphones, is the amount of pressure needed to change the track and volume. Maybe because these fit in your ear, the pressure seemed a bit much, but it wasn't unbearable or uncomfortable. These are a great set of earphones. At the current price of $189, they are pricey, but they have more features than some of the other options offer in this category. I am a big Apple fan and typically stick with Apple products, but these have made me regret purchasing the AirPods. You cant go wrong with these. Pros: - Comfortable, tight fit - Great sound - Connect to two devices simultaneously Cons: - Pressure needed to press buttons on ear buds - Price is a tad bit on the high side
