    Not at all comfortable to wear and poor Bluetooth connection when paired to IPhone 11 Pro Max. I wanted to like them but I cannot recommend them plus the charge case is big, bulky, and feels very cheap! I returned them in the first few days.

    Horrible. They wouldn’t stay connected. I was able to return them so that earns .00001 of a star. Wow. They were truly terrible. Definitely not recommended. I mean REALLY BAD. Please avoid.

    I had been waiting to buy this earphones for a while but ignored the bad reviews, then it happened the left earbud stop working after the second week and I had to return them but I did like the size and feel of them that’s it

    I’ve had two pair of these headphones. The left ear bud stopped working in each pair. I tried connecting and disconnecting and it didn’t work. After researching the issue, I learned many others have experienced similar problems.

    I really enjoy these true wireless earbuds from Jabra. The sound on these is very well balanced making them ideal for all kinds of music tastes. And the 2 year dust and sweat proof warranty is incredible. I like the case that comes with the Jabra 65t, its pocketable, and easy to be on the go with. The case also provides another 10 hours of charge to the earbuds giving you a total time of 15 hours which is fantastic for something so small. I love the build quality on these, though all plastic the do still feel premium and very durable. When it comes to using the buds then this is where it all gets good. When you open the box the buds power on, ready to go, when you put them back in the box and close the lid, the buds also power off and start to charge. When listening to music and someone talks to you all you do is remove one bud and what ever you are listening to stops playing, place the bud back in and it will start playing again. Very smart indeed. One thing i did find is that i did get ear fatigue with the 65t, i think its more to do with the shape of the bud than the tips as it seems to push on my ear. Overall very enjoyable but not to be worn for more than a couple of hours if you do suffer from ear fatigue

    Don’t fit ears well and they lose connection when my phones in back pocket but when it’s 15 ft away it’s fine 10/10 would not recommend these for any activity faster than a slow walk

    Right ear piece doesn't charge after three weeks

    I've owned for about 3 weeks and the right ear piece doesn't charge in case anymore. I'm not sure what to do. The case appears fully charged. It's solid green when I open and shut it; however, only the left ear piece charges to 100%.

    Since I had a good experience the first pair I owned I figured the quality will be the same. Well, not the case. I think there is an issue with the ear buds. Any type of medium noise I hear a crackle and the call quality isn’t good. Taking in for a replacement.

    I really wanted to like this. But these headphones are too finicky. The left bud always takes forever to come on. They also don’t automatically disconnect or turn off when placed in charger case. Sound quality is average.
