    Too much interference

    I primarily used these at the gym. Waaayyy too much interfernce from all the signals around me. Could not enjoy them not even for 5 minutes. Great when they work, but it's too bad they didnt account for that and have a fix for it. Disappointed...

    uncomfortable, connectivity issues, worse purchase

    Anyone that designs something you stuff in your ear should really understand the anatomy of the ear. PAIN. I can stand still, 20 feet from my phone and rotate my head and it will disconnect and reconnect at will. Sound quality is lacking at best. And the phone functions are a crap shoot, choppy audio, at least the at my end. To connect to an incoming call, not going to happen 90% of the time. When the voice prompt is talking it can't hear your commands. And I won't get into the dysfunctional storage case. If I had one thing to tell the engineers to change, make them break when they fall out of the ear. Would make it stomping it to death a little less painful on the pocket book. I really tried to enjoy these, but no, not ever going to happen.

    they were physically a bit too big for my ears, so they had a tendency to fall out unexpectedly. It wasn't that they were loose in the ear canal so much as they were not tight enough in the outer ear. Too bad. So I returned them for credit.

    Have only used them 3 times at work while sitting at my desk. Today (march 21 2019) the right ear will not turn on with a full charge. I enjoyed the sound quality and features but wont buy another pair.

    I think the issue with earbuds is you need to have ears shaped a certain way for them to stay in. The left one was fine for me, the right one kept popping out. I inserted them both the same, tried alternate positions but no luck. Returned them.

    This earbud did not connect with my iphone or laptop. Brought it back to Best Buy and the tech could not connect it too. Switched and bought a different earbud.

    Best buy has great service. But the product was defective, very difficult to connect and the left bud did not work at all. Very disappointed.

    That's pretty much it. I'd love them if they'd stay in my ear, but they don't. I've tried all of the fittings and still. I wear them while exercising and have to constantly adjust them before they fall out.

    Bought this for my daughter. One of them would not work after a few months and were replaced under warranty, so buyer beware. Personally, I would recommend the Apple AirPods over these ear buds.

    I 've bought 3 sets of these over the past year. 2 were for my sons, and one for me. So far - one set works. After six months one set malfunctioned and there is no sound out of one of the ear buds. Best Buy referred me to the manufacturer - Jabra. There has been zero support or response from them. STAY AWAY from these. They fall out of my ears and when there is a warranty issue the manufacturer won't support with service. Better off with Bose or Sony. Those companies have 800 numbers where you can speak to a human and resolve any issues. I CANNOT RECOMMEND Buyer Beware

    Had unit for less than 60 days, left Ear stopped working. Contacted support took 4 separate calls to get return authorization and now nearly Two months later the best answer they can give me is “yours is back ordered best we can do is send you a different version/color of the product.” If I’d wanted that version, I’d have bought it. I assumed this company would do Business more like Bose or Apple, that answer is more like the designer Knockoff brands on eBay. AVOID THIS BRAND

    Too much wrong with them

    I had to return these - 1) the corkscrew turn to put nto the ear canal left a tight fit, very snug 2) when running, after a decent sweat the plugs would pop out. I tried the larger buds but only a minor improvement. Once your ear gets sweaty these guys want to pop out 3) microphone needed to capture external sounds left voices very tinny, an unnatural sound to peoples voices. I returned these within a week. Overpriced and underdelivered.

    A really bad first impression.

    After looking these up for quite sometime i decided to purchase these bad boys after 4 hours of receiving the headsets i was only able to use one of them. I followed numerous instructions trying to pair the left to the right to no avail. It was so stressful, the app was easy to install the interface was the nice the access to white noise as a courtesy for buying the headsets amazing, but the quality and the overall headset itself was not worth it. Maybe in the future when they release a fix or create a better product ill swing back to these.

      HiRez- The Left Earbud of the Elite Active 65t has to be in range with the Right Earbud to function properly. The maximum range between the earbuds is 20cm/8in. Please feel free to use the Right Earbud independently. You can play/pause by pressing the multi-function button or by pausing from the phone. If you use the Right Earbud independently, the volume has to be controlled from the phone, and you have to skip tracks from the phone (since you aren't using the Left Earbud). The Right earbud is where the Bluetooth connection between your phone and the Elite Active 65t is hosted. The Left Earbud is then connected to the Right Earbud through a different kind of connection (not Bluetooth), and that's why the Left Earbud will not work independently (since it doesn't have a Bluetooth connection with the phone).
