    The jabber a had terrible sound for listening to music but the advantage to this product is you can put it on a feature that you can actually hear through your earphones if you are running.

    Do not waste your time or money on this!??Purchased this in May 2021 as part of a Father’s Day gift but only one ear plug works and already nonreturnable @ Best Buy. Two lessons learned: #1. Don’t buy anything from Best Buy that can’t be returned when it is opened. #2, Don’t buy gifts in advance at Best Buy, check other stores return policies & buy from the one who will accept a bad product back. #3. Don’t purchase any products from this manufacturer!

    Didn't hold up. Only had them for about a month before they started cutting out and crackling. We ended up returning them and going with a different brand.

    Static. People cant hear me.

    There are times while in use lots of static even in clear areas with no interference. People that I'm talking to on the other line have a hard time hearing me. Thinking about taking them back.

    The sound quality pales in comparison to Bose. Syncing is always an issue even though I sync to the same device. The buds have fallen off on occasions. Overall, not happy with the purchase

The right earbud is where the Bluetooth connection between your phone and the Elite Active 65t is hosted. The left earbud is then connected to the right earbud through a different kind of connection (not Bluetooth), and that's why it won't work independently (since it doesn't have a Bluetooth connection with the phone).     The left earbud went out and seems to be a common issue. I bought these 8/20/19 and the left stopped working 10/19/19... didn't last two months. Very disappointed with the purchase.

    I did not like these at all. The sound quality was low even when i had the volume on my phone to the max. They keep falling out of my ear even though I changed ear canal cushions.

    Sound quality was ok but not great. As soon as i was face down during a workout they fell out. There are better options out there for the money.

    Buy the warranty - these things will stop working

    If you decide to purchase this product, I highly recommend purchasing the warranty. I need to exchange my second pair for a third pair. These earbuds will stop working on the left side. These earbuds are great when they work, but they will definitely stop working within a year. I can't use the warranty I purchased right now because they're not taking exchanges/returns due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Right now, I'm stuck with a pair of earbuds that have no sound coming out of the left side.

    The sound was dim and the fit was poor they would not stay in my ears the overall feel was not as high quality as one might expect for the price.

    The functionality was good but they would fall out of my ears and the call quality for the person on the other end was bad. Ended up getting the newest AirPods and love them.

    Good sound, won't stay in your ears

    Disclaimer: I sweat a ton when working out. I have yet to find a pair of bluetooth headphones that can withstand my rigorous perspiration and workouts. I bought these and used them the same day. Within an hour of using while working out, the right bud slipped out. Then the left. I couldn't go hard on my sprints out of fear of losing one. I will be returning these. Big disappointment.

    Did not work as expected while I was listening to music the music would skip very annoying took them back and bought the AirPods Pro better choice.

    It works great when listening to music, but is not good for phone calls. The person on the receiving end can’t hear the person only background noise and a windy sound.

    Left earpiece stopped working

    Fit wasnt the best, but it will do. It was working well, but like I read in other reviews, the left earpiece just stopped charging and working. Returned it. Very disappointed.

    Highly disappointed. I bought three pairs. The first had a defective right earbud…exchange and the second one had a defective left airbud…exchange…the third pair actually worked but range was poor as compared to my $20 JBL. Also battery died after 5 hours of standby time (I had about two calls less than 5 mins each). Returned and got AirPods for $100 at Target. Happy now.
