    Left ear bud stopped working after a few months of use. I opened up the case and reattached the magnets. A few weeks later it failed to pair up to my Bluetooth.

    I've had Bose Soundsport earbuds since 2017. I had gotten some water on them and they stopped connecting to my phone. I thought I would give Jabra a try since the reviews were so good and I was confused to say the least. The sound reminded me of when I used tin cans to play telephone with my friends when I was a child. The app doesn't do much either other than to make the it sound a bit less tinny, but no real improvement. I went back to Bose after I retuned these.

    Very uncomfortable and the sound is not that great! Luckily best buy let me exchange the for Samsung Galaxy buds and they are way better

    The left earbud sound a lot quieter than the right one sometimes it lose it signal just don’t recommend had to return two set in a mater of a month

    Everything is great . Except the most important thing. Sound is not good. I have the sesh evo skullcandy. Much better sound.

    Good earbud headphones but could be better

    I am not an earbud or headphone enthusiast. But I know what I like and what I don't. What I do like about this first and foremost is that they totally block out all of the outside noise around me. And if I want to hear what's going on around me or speak with someone then I can utilize the hearthrough technology. These also DO NOT fall out whatsoever. Atleast for me they have not. I do a lot of HIIT and running and they stay in place. The earbuds have a secure fit which do not allow sweat to get into your ear (seems minor but it is really a big thing for me. It drowns out the music when this happens). I love the bass and I love the way that you can customize the sound via the app. I love how small and compact they are as well and also being able to carry the tiny charge case with you. And I love the design and style of it. Now the one thing I don't like is phone only has a distance of about 15 - 18 feet. Not the 33 feet as advertised. Occasionally the sound will dropout as well. Not for long, maybe a couple of seconds but it is definitely noticeable. Especially when you are really into a track while working out. If you get a wall in between you and the device it will dropout periodically. Maybe this is normal for some people and some devices. But prior to owning these I owned the backbeat fit and this never happened. I could have several walls between me and the device and they would work flawlessly. You could get the full 33 feet distance between the headset and the device and it would work perfectly. The only work around that I have is that I make sure that I keep my device on me at all times. If you can deal with the occasional dropouts and lack of range then these are definitely the perfect earbuds for you.

    The set i received was defectives. only one earphone showing light and not turning on. only left piece is having light right is dead. tried charging for few hours and still the same. Not turning on or connecting to phone or has any sound. Not able to return by UPS, since system is not generating return slip too. Asking to return to store, there is no store in Guam

      Hello Vikram- Thank you for taking the time to write a review of the Jabra Elite Active 65t. The challenges you are describing with your Active 65t is not what you should expect. We recommend resetting the charging case with the guidelines provided to you below:
      1. Open the charging case and place the earbuds inside the case.
      2. Leave the lid open, and plug it into a power source using the supplied USB cable and the power supply or a wall charger with a standard voltage of 5v +- 0.25v.
      (Note: It is not recommended to charge the earbuds/case using a power supply with a higher voltage)
      3. Once you see the case battery level LED indication light up near the port after 3 to 5 sec, please close the lid.
      4. Allow the earbuds and the case to charge for 2 hours to receive a full charge.

    Broke and was sent TWO defective replacements

    First pair worked for a few months and I really liked them, then charging case broke. Got a warranty replacement, but the right earbud on it was a dud. Got another warranty replacement, and both earbuds seem to be a dud. Apparently no quality control at Jabra. Extremely disappointed. This is the first review I've ever written anywhere but buyers need to know.

    I've been looking for wireless earbuds I can use for working out or other situations where I don't want a cord running to my phone. I'm also learning to live with the fact the headphone jack is going away. I've tried everything. Airpods, samsung gear iconx, bose soundsport free, etc. These are far and away the best when considering consistent connection, battery life, fit, and sound. Everyone's ears are different so fit is a HUGE factor in wireless earbuds. For me, these fit better than all others. Airpods fit just ok but don't block out sound as well. Again fit is different for everyone and you may not get a good fit with these even after trying all of the included tips. One thing other reviewers have mentioned is that they don't necessarily fit secure in the case. This works better for me because I'm fairly careful with my stuff and I can just open the case and dump them out but if you drop stuff I can totally see things things getting launched. Definitely give these a shot. I've bought and returned several others and these are the best by far.

    These did not work for me. They never fit properly in my ears so the sound was off. I know others who love them though.

    My wife purchased these as a gift and I was so excited to start using them. After only 1 month, the right earbud stopped working. Contacted Jabra and having to get these replaced. Digging online, seems like a normal defect overall. Interesting that Best Buy still sells these if it’s something that happens so regularly. Not sure getting a replacement is the right call as this will most likely get the same result.

    These are really nice cordless earbuds. With a minor tweak or two, they could be perfect. I’ve been searching for the perfect earbuds for a while now. Perfect for me is great sound, noise blocking, noise cancellation, comfortable fit, Bluetooth, and a clear microphone with noise cancellation. So, how do these stack up? Sound: Once you find an earpiece that fits snugly enough to create a good seal, the sound is outstanding. They have the clarity of Jaybirds and a smoother response range than Bose over-ear. Not quite up to an Etymotic ER-4, but still outstanding. Noise cancellation: This is the ability to mask consistent outside noises, like the roar of a jet engine or the drone of a lawn mower. They are excellent at this, although not as good as the Bose over ear. Noise blocking: This is the ability to block out those annoying sudden sounds, like a baby crying or a flight attendant telling you to evacuate; think Etymotics. This is one place a design tweak would help. Even with a good seal, I could still hear announcements on the plane. (I don’t care what the weather is at my destination, it’s too late to pack something else; the person next to me will wake me if it’s time to evacuate). A tighter seal deeper into the ear canal would fix this. Comfort: Very comfortable fit, even though you’ll likely need a larger earpiece than normal to get a solid fit. Microphone: Clear, and everyone could hear me well. The problem is that they also picked up a lot of background noise. Again, a microphone noise cancellation feature would help a lot. Overall, an outstanding set of cordless earbuds. Ones that I’ll use frequently - just not when I’m flying or talking in a noisy environment (unless they release new earpieces that block additional external noise).

    Bought as gift, then one bud died

    Bought as a gift for son, he loved them, said the sound was awesome, overall we were very happy at first. Then about 4 months later one of the buds stopped working. Contacted Jabra about replacement under the warranty and only got radio silence, no response, none at all after several tries. Would not recommend based on the warranty experience . If not for the warranty issue I would have given 5 stars.
