The product looked very nice and the case was very sturdy. Also it was very easy to use, but the problem with this product was that it was very uncomfortable to wear especially for a long period of time and when yoy make to much head move meant the music stops and it was updating it didn't allow solo use for both ear peaces

Hello Roberti, thank you for writing a review of the Jabra Elite Active 65t. We are happy to read that you believe the Pocket-size charging case is very sturdy, and the Earbuds are easy to use. It is unfortunate that you are having trouble finding the best fit. With some trial and error, most users are able to find a fit that is both secure and comfortable. Please feel free to check out this YouTube Tutorial that we have provided to you: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZO7jPdj2mHg, to help find the perfect fit. The Right Earbud can be used independently, though the Left Earbud must be in the appropriate range with the Right Earbud to function properly. We appreciate your feedback and we will certainly share this information internally. Thanks, again! Jabra

The left ear bud intermittently stops working, while the app shows its active and 100% charged. There is the slightest bit of audio coming out of you max out the volume, but the sound is too loud coming from the right bud. I cannot recommend this earbud regardless of price. Will likely switch to AirPods as they seem to last over 90 days.

Jabra Active Elite 65t vs. Airpods

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I loved my AirPods and my iPhone XS Max together. The capability and interaction was fast, had great sound for phone calls + music, as well as good battery life. The only problem was that my ears were clearly not considered in the design specs. The AirPods were fine for my ears, as long as I didn't walk, move quickly, or lean over at all. Great if i'm sitting still, not good otherwise. Enter the Jabra Active Elite 65t earbud headphones. These headphones are generally comparable in sound, and even better fit (for me). HUGE CAVEATS: You must ensure that the earbuds have a secure fit in your ear (with the right sized ear cushions), otherwise you will not be able to have any semblance of bass. Another huge caveat: when using the Jabras for calls, you must ensure that the tiny boom of the earbud (the part of the earbud with the microphones) is pointed directly at your mouth (when using one or both of the earbuds)! If you don't, those on the other end of your call will say that you sound tinny and/or far away. If you point the tiny boom correctly towards your mouth, your callers won't be able to tell that you're using a headset at all. Some of the ease of use and seamlessness between headset and iPhone aren't there with the Jabras (vs the Airpods), but what good are great earbuds that you can't wear in 'real life conditions?' On the other hand, the Jabra sound app is convenient and allows for good fine tuning options that aren't present with the Apple AirPods. Overall, i'm happy with the Jabras and i'm staying with them. I just have to make sure that my callers can hear me ok (and that i've got the tiny boom on the earbuds are pointed to my mouth).

    Jabra Worst Customer Service

    |

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Jabra Customer Service is horrible. A review of postings confirm that service after purchase is nonexistent and warranty response is nonexistent. A two year warranty is meaningless if the vendor refuses to respond. If you wish to risk $200 on a company that will not honor their warranty, you have found it. I returned my Elite Actives for this reason.

Flat out was angry. I had heard snug fit, which I was extremely excited to try on. I couldn't even get them into my ears. I have small ears but these felt like trying to jam a pair of cans into my ears. Stay away if you have small ears. I never even got to hear any music.

A Great Combination of Features and Sound Quality

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

For a little more than a year I've had a pair of Bose Soundsport Bluetooth earbuds - the ones with the interconnecting wire. They sound great and fit well in my ears for activities, but I found myself growing frustrated with the bulk of the earbuds and battling with the hefty wire and clunky in-line controller. I decided to go with a truly wireless set of earbuds. Enter hours of review-watching and reading online. As an Apple ecosystem user, I wanted the AirPods, but they just do not stay in my ears, are uncomfortable for me, and their look was simply awkward for my tastes. I pivoted to the Bose Soundsport Free, mainly because the Bose sound quality is simply the best in my opinion, but unfortunately these earbuds appeared to be even slightly larger that than the Soundsports I was trying to get away from. They are so massive and bulky, protrude so far out of the ear, that I figured I might as well have an over-the-ear headphone if I was going to go with hardware that large. After further review, and recommendations from the Best Buy staff, I opted for the Jabra's. I was concerned that with the difficulty I have keeping earbuds in my ears, my high activity level, and having expectations of Bose sound quality, I would likely be unhappy with the Jabra's. But I was wrong. These buds fit exceptionally well once I switched the silicone inserts to a different size that was included with the unit. The buds fit snugly and stayed in for running, high intensity workouts, and regular gym activity. They are very comfortable and have a nice low profile look with no hardware protruding far out of the ears. The pass-through microphone feature (to hear ambient sounds) works well, although at high music volume the ambient sounds will get drowned out. They pair instantly when removing them from the case (after an easy one time initial setup) and hold their charge as advertised. Their sound quality is very good in my opinion, better than AirPods, but not quite as good as the Bose. But it's a trade-off I'm more than happy to make given how much more mass and bulk comes with the Bose. The key to good sound on the Jabra's is to make sure you have the right size silicone insert and form a good seal in the ear canal. Once you do that, the sound, especially the bass, is greatly improved. At this time I can't say anything about durability, given that I've only had them for two weeks, but so far so good. I have not tested every competitor, so I don't know personally how well they stack up against some of the other brands not mentioned here, but I'm inclined to agree with other reviews that point-out that these earbuds probably don't win first place for any single feature, but are generally in the top 2 or 3 for each. Given how hard it is to be good at everything (call quality, comfort, mass, battery life, sound quality, water resistance, aesthetics), these Jabra's really are an excellent combination of features.
