Earbuds fall out of ears

I never got a chance to find out if they’re great or not since they fell out of my ears no what tip I used. I tried them all. I have a feeling Jabra engineered them for males’ ears. Guess what Jabra - women work out and want wireless earbuds too!

We are sorry that you were not able to find the right fit. Thanks for trying all of the ear gels, but you may find that you need to mix and match between ears to find the best fit. You will also need to twist the ear buds in to create a seal. Have had a set of these before and really liked them, but a 50% failure rate suggests a wholly missing QA system at Jabra with these particular headphones. Will be seeking a replacement or refund from Best Buy.

You had to keep pushing them in your ear. And return it started to hurt your eardrums. Working out sweating start to hear Static. Was not satisfied ,for the price it should have been better

I was disappointed though because they wouldn't stay in my ear despite many efforts with all of the different sizes of cushions provided. I took them back after a few days and got the Bose and they work great.

However support had claimed for a year that left earbud mono would come soon. Then support claimed the elite 75t would get the update and 65t wouldn't. Now support is saying the 75t won't get the update either.

The independent firmware update was always intended to be for the Jabra Elite 75t and the Elite Active 75t only. It was never meant to be applied to the Jabra Elite Active 65t. Regretfully, we are no longer able to offer this update for either the Elite 75t or the Elite Active 75t like we had originally planned, as sadly, the user experience and quality did not live up to our standards. They perform exactly as stated and are great for receiving calls. They have two microphones in each earpiece. Battery life is decent at 5 hours and the included charging case delivers two extra charges without having to keep it plugged in. Be sure to download the customizable sound app at JabraSound, which has an equalizer and “HearThrough” choice and makes hearing others talking with these on great. It also has an accelerometer to track your steps!! Some people have complained that they will not stay in their ears, but I have had no problem while exercising. I just made sure to insert them as is shown in the manual. These work well with Google Assist, and it states they also work with Amazon Alexa.
