For the price I was expecting more bass and better sound quality. These got recommended by a Best Buy in store worker. They are not worth the price.

Hello MajorPayne98 - We are sorry to read that you could not find a secure fit with your Jabra Elite Active 65t. Please note that the Elite Active 65t should come with three sizes of eargels, so you may have found better luck with the largest size, since you mentioned they were falling out. A snug and secure fit with the earbuds is essential to achieve optimal sound quality and volume, as well. Although we understand you have already returned your set, feel free to reach out to us if you have any other questions: https://www.jabra.com/ServiceMenu/contact/ContactJabraSupport/ContactJabraSupportConsumer.

Totally not satisfied with product. Ear buds are too big and the spares don't work well either - they won't stay in ear canal. If I could return them, I would.

Prefer to air pod pro. Close to beats pro

Jabra have won me over. I am just a consumer. I drive Commercially for a living. With help from a transmitter , I am using my earbuds for tv use. I own airpod 2,airpod pro, and Beats pro True wireless earbuds. Don’t get me wrong, apples newer ear buds all sound good and connect quick via the H1 chip. Where I see a big difference is in overall fit, comfort, and sound quality. It’s simply much better with the Jabra elite active 65t. When listening off of the transmitter, with the tv on 50 of 100 the volume level is dramatically louder and better sounding. They don’t have active, just passive noise cancelling. But the hear through is the same idea as apples transparency mode. Sadly when not using the phone itself the “hear through” mode can not be used. So when I watch a movie and use the transmitter I can’t activate these through mode as I can with the air pof pros. But that doesn’t bother me at all. The quality and fit allow me to keep them in for hours while enjoying tv and I forget they are even in my ears. These are my go to and I don’t see that changing anytime soon. Apple took so long just to cone up with one that fit at all. Now maybe they can figure out a good comfortable fit comparable to Jabra next go around.

Hello BigSlickRick56- thanks for your review of the Jabra Elite Active 65t. We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the audio quality of your earbuds and that you are experiencing an echoing sound when you wear the device. In a true wireless earbud, the microphone is located very close to the speaker. If the eargel does not create a tight seal between the earbud and your ear, the microphone may pick up your caller’s voice from the speaker and cause an echo that only the caller hears. You can reduce the echo heard by your callers by ensuring a tight seal between the earbud and your ear. If you yourself are hearing an echo while wearing your Jabra Elite Active 65t earbuds, you may be experiencing what is known as bone conduction. Bone conduction is the transfer of sound to the inner ear primarily through the bones of the skull. You may hear background sounds, such as your own footsteps or chewing, travel through the bones in your head rather than through the air. This sensation would be similar to hearing these sounds while using your fingers to plug your ears. In order to reduce the sensation of bone conduction, try a different sized EarGel to get a slightly looser fit. You can also try using the HearThrough feature in the Jabra Sound+ app to let in surrounding sounds. We believe that the Jabra Elite Active 65t maintains a nice balance between the highs, mids, and lows of the audio you are listening to. In order to get the best possible audio quality with your Elite Active 65t, we recommend making sure your earbuds are placed correctly in your ears. You can check our support page here to ensure you have the proper adjustment: https://www.jabra.com/supportpages/jabra-elite-active-65t/100-99010000-02/faq/How-do-I-get-the-best-fit-with-my-Jabra-true-wireless-earbuds#/. Ensuring you have the best fit with the eargels on your Jabra Elite Active 65t earbuds is also vital for making the most out of the passive noise cancellation function of your earbuds. A snug fit will create a seal around the outside of your ear canal, which will in turn prevent ambient noise from getting in to your audio stream. Furthermore, we strongly encourage you to check out our support article which details our helpful tips and tricks on how to get the best possible audio quality with your Jabra Elite Active 65t: https://www.jabra.com/supportpages/jabra-elite-active-65t/100-99010000-02/faq/How-do-I-get-the-best-sound-when-listening-to-music-and-watching-videos#/. I love the form-factor of these headphones. Having no wires anywhere really makes you feel much freer to move without snagging on anything. The audio coming through these little ear-pods is fantastic. I've also tried the Sony ones with noise-cancelling, and I have to say that these are comparable. You don't have the NC functionality, but these are also smaller and can fit tightly enough to block most sound anyway. The problem that I have is a common one for me. The right ear-phone persists in popping out. This seems to be a "me" problem, however, as I've never used a pair of headphones that stick in-ear without this happening. The brand (Bose, Sony, Jabra) and size of in-ear cone don't seem to matter. At least with the Sony and Bose, there is the plastic bit that sticks in the folds to hold it in. The Jabra literally ejected when I was walking around my apartment. Since this can happen, I take off a star. However, if you haven't had an issue with this style of headphone in the past, go for it. Given the above, forgive me for not reviewing the battery life.
