    These witless head phones are not good. The sound of them is too static and there is no noise block on them

    Terrible product. Left ear doesn’t work by alone. Takes very long to charge and battery drains very quickly!

    Kept falling off. Just from Turing my head left or right i brought for running on my treadmill, don’t recommend

    This and the replacement pair failed within two weeks. The left side just stopped working. After the second pair we got a different brand.

    Bought qnd used once i droped it from ankle height on for my left ear and it died never buy this brand

    No matter which size air bud I tried, there are three sizes, no. Of them would stay put. They kept falling out !

    These ear buds are amazing. I am a veteran of numerous single ear Bluetooth ear pieces. I have always been partial to plantronics due to their comfort, noise cancellation, and quality in general. This is my first pair of truly wireless dual ear buds. I did a lot of research before buying these because of the price point of the "elite" ear buds. I sifted through both the positive and negative reviews on many retail websites. I Googled articles about ear buds in general. I have to say that these have lived up to the review in CNET (my trusted, unbiased source). They have very good sound quality when using Spotify. Especially when utilizing Spotify's equalizer to customize the sound. Also, there is an app from Jabra that you can use which allows you to REALLY customize them to your own tastes. That is a big plus that helps justify the 'elite' price tag. As for comfort, I wore them for three and a half hours today while cutting the grass, trimming bushes, and raking debris. Not once did they feel uncomfortable, and even more important, not once did either bud fall out. Also the battery was not dead after all that. It was close though. I highly recommend these ear buds.

    Left side has issues when you take it out of the charger, but the 1 star is because of Best buy.. all reviews get 1 star because of them
