Better options out there

Terrible battery life

Overall Really Great
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just picked these up and they are pretty darn awesome. They sound really good and I'm an audio snob. I got these solely for use during exercise and so far I have little to complain about. They are totally secure in your ear and never feel like they are going to fall out or need adjusted. The EQ option on the app is awesome and I was able to adjust it exactly how I like. I'm heavy on the bass and these provide the perfect amount without any rattle or distortion. My two complaints are: The volume / song buttons on the left earpiece are a little hard to use. You end up pushing it further into your ear canal and it can be uncomfortable. It would be nice to have the option to charge these w/o the need for the case. It is cool that the case also serves as a portable charger so you can recharge them a few times All in all, I highly recommend these.

Since we know that everyone's ears are shaped slightly differently, we recommend trying all of the different sized EarGels that come included in your package in order to find a fit that is snug, but not too snug. You may even need to mix and match the size of your EarGels per earbud. Good Buds until they failed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought a set of these for a trip to Greece my wife and I took last month. They fit me well but had to order a variety set of ear tips from Amazon that were deeper then the ones supplied to fit my wife's ears. They worked well during our trip and for a few weeks after we returned. They stay in your ears, sound is good although bass could be a little better. Jabra app is easy to use. All and all, happy with the purchase. Only problem is the right ear bud failed which is the main controller for the unit. Bummer it happened after the Best Buy return date expired forcing me to deal with Jabra technical support. Not a bad experience but patience is required. They committed to replacing the faulty unit quickly but making that happen is still in process. Tech support issues a case number you use to register a warranty replacement request on their website. Have to upload purchase proof which I did and it got rejected after a few days. Re did the request with more proof of purchase. After a few days got an email with a UPS return label and no instructions on what to return. I did recall support person saying only the right earbud needs returned which I have done and now am in wait mode to see what happens next. I probably just got one of those sets that was destined to fail early (I hope) but still like these things when they work! The ambient sound pass through is nice touch. Phone calls work well and of course music is pleasant to listen too. A little ear discomfort after listening for a while but pushing through it, seems to lessen with time. Like the small portable case for charging and carrying them around. The auto pause music when you take them out of your ears is cool. After practicing with the push buttons on left and right bud, no problems controlling them.
