They are okish
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. At 1st I was impressed after being let down by samsungs iconx, the jabras take some getting used too, the fit isnt ideal. I dont think the max volume is loud enough and get alot of static feedback when talking thru them. Will be returning for a diff brand.

Jabra T65 - Three weeks and done!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased my Jabra T65 earbuds on October 13th, 2018. I loved them. What a great system I thought. Three weeks later the left earbud stopped working. I researched online and learned that this has happened to other people that purchase this product. Ok, I get that things stop working sometimes, specially electronics. So, I called Jabra and filed a claim. I received a claim number and I even got a call from them. The attendant walked me through a reboot process before determining that my left earbud was dead. I was told that I would receive a replacement piece for the left ear. Well that was weeks ago, and I have seen nothing. I tried calling customer service three times over the last two days only to receive a message stating that customer support would be away from the office to attend a holiday meeting. Long meeting, I guess. So, my take on it is this. Jabra T65 works very well when it works and is a total dud when it fails. I have more of an issue with customer service than the device itself. I paid almost $200 for a pair of earbuds that stopped working after three weeks and I can’t seem to get replaced with any type of warranty, even after filing a claim and being promised a replacement device. So, do I just buy a new left earbud, or save my money for something else? Listen, these earbuds are sweet and if the lifespan were longer, if I didn't find so many comments online about failing left earbuds, and if I could get support for Jabra, well they just might be perfect. Not sure I would purchase these again. Maybe I got a bad pair and I am being too harsh? I will definitely try to find a better product if I can't get my T65's fixed.

Needs some work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased these because I drive alot , I love the way they sound, the ease in which they connect automatically, the charging pack ,I like all of that but none of it matters if they fall out constantly , I contacted support 2xs but both times I was told to reset my device" were they even listening" then the 3rd time the guy was trying to sell me a different pair ..LOL .like that's going to happen. I would tell anyone that would listen not to buy these ,for the price you would think the could include another way to keep them in your ear rather than pushing them into your eardrum and trying to screw them in ..omg never again

Fell Out of ears
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Went running with them twice and they fell out of my ears both times. These are definitely not for actual activity unless you consider a slow saunter activity. Just purchased and I've already lost one that could not be found at the gym. Sound quality is good. Connectivity was not as good as other pairs I've had. In the past I've had Motorola 9Hd, 10HD, 10 flex, Jarybird freedom, X, X2 and Run. X2 were the best to date but I wanted real wireless and while the Run had good fit they could not withstand sweat.

Posted .Hello nik13 - We are sorry to read that the Jabra Elite Active 65t did not meet your expectations. The ear buds have been carefully designed to fit most. The majority of our users have found a secure and comfortable fit after the necessary trial and error of trying all ear gels provided. Many need to mix and match sizes between ears, as no two ears are alike. It is also necessary to twist the ear buds into the ear canal, so they will sit snug and not fall out. We are glad that you enjoyed the sound quality, though! If you are looking for a device that can withstand more intense activity, then you may want to check out the Jabra Elite Sport. If you have any questions about our products, or need help with the connection issues you describe, please contact Jabra Support. We are always here for you. Thanks for your review!

Broke After 3 Weeks, Poor Customer Service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased these from Best Buy. I love the design and found the sound quality to be decent overall (both audio and microphone). The issue I have is that mine broke after 3 weeks of use. This is bad enough for a $200 pair of earbuds, but it got worse when I tried to get a replacement. Initial call to customer service didn't result in anything happening (I was told I would get a follow-up email, did not). Then I'm informed that to get a replacement, I have to send back the broken earbuds, wait an unspecified amount of time for them to be "inspected," and only then will I receive a replacement pair. This process could take upwards of 2 weeks. For a $200 pair of earbuds. That I just purchased. Contrast this process to what happens when you buy Beats (they send you out an immediate replacement with a box and pre-paid shipping label to send your old ones back, ensuring a much faster and more hassle-free replacement process) and Apple (they replace their earbuds on site in any store or send you out an immediate replacement). Like many customers, I purchased this with the intention of using them for work. This means that not only do I need a reliable product, I also need responsive customer service. This is a big reason I have always stuck with Apple products; they back their product and provide exceptional customer service once you've invested your money in their brand. Jabra is competing directly with Apple here (the Airpods were the only other earbuds I considered). My advice would be to go with Apple and skip Jabra if customer service and quality is important to you.

Posted .Hello ARAR, Thank you for your comment and the feedback. It looks like we have some work to do and processes to examine. Usually our replacement process is far far faster than 2 weeks. Hopefully the process is well under way to get you taken care of and back into a working pair, worth the investment you've made.

Good sound poor support and stability
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great sounding awesome to talk in and easy. Used it for meetings. However very very poor comfort and stability. If you are not sitting still or just walking they will fall out. Horrible for the gym and if you sweat a lot. I had to dry them off every 5 min to stay in. True wireless is not really there yet. They need to get the staying in the ear down. Went to Beats we will see if they work. But tried Jabra and JLab true wireless both poor stability and do not stay in.

Stopped working after about a month!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased these from bestbuy after reading reviews and watching reviews and they all stated that these were the best truly wireless earbuds. They lived up to the claims when they were working. One day (using them for less than a month) I put the earbuds in and the right earbud's sound was really faint, basically couldn't hear it. I contacted customer support and they sent me a new right earbud. It worked! Less than a week later the left earbud experienced the same failure. Contacted customer support and they asked me to send back both earbuds and case and they will issue me new replacement. So now I have to wait for them to receive the broken earbuds (ground shipping) and once they receive them they will send me the replacement. Disappointed in the way they are handling this, as now I don't have any earbuds to use. I'm hoping that the new ones work or I'm going to just ask for a refund.

Don’t expect Apple quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The fit is excellent, hardware is good, the sound is mediocre, the software is bad. Pods connect to your devices when in the charging box even if you switch pods off, which is very annoying. Battery is not lasting for long, so they are always not fully ready for a run. Even now, I am waiting for an update to finish running before my run. It’s been an hour.

great quality on day one, but thats it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As soon as i put these in my ears and started playing 6foot 7foot by Lil Wayne I knew the quality of these earbuds is exactly what i was looking for, but sadly after 1 day of having them i have to return them because after a full night of charging i got no charge out of them. No idea if its the case or the buds but i am not happy that after not even 24hours i have to return them. The customer support on Jabra's website is not helpful and i couldnt even call them because of it being Colombus day. All in all i would recommend this to everyone i knew if it wasnt for the fact that i know have to go home after work, pick up the receipt and box and everything else, and drive across town to return it and maybe get another one. Really makes me upset to leave this review, if my next one has no issues expect a new 5 star review praising this product

Works well
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works well. The issue I have is that the earbuds dont fit in my ears well. I have small ear canals and they eventually full off and on to the floor. I have the smallest buds on it also. Sound is good and it is amazing that I was able to talk to people with it even if the mic is neat your ear that's pretty cool.

Posted .Hello Customer - We are sad to hear that the Elite Active 65t is not fitting well in your ears. It has been heavily designed and tested to fit most. We recommend that you try each size of the ear gels, and you may need to mix and match between ears, as no two ears are alike. Please also twist the ear buds into the ear canal. This way they should sit snuggly and not fall out. If you are still struggling, please contact Jabra Support. We are happy to assist. Thank you for your review!

Going back to the store
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately, these headphones did not live up to the hype for me. They were super uncomfortable in my ears, did not hold inside very well. I probably would have given them the benefit of the doubt, after all I got a really good deal buying them (about $100 out of pocket), BUT... Sound jumped constantly the moment I would put the phone in my pocket. Installed the latest firmware, unpaired/paired again. I even tried 2 other phones thinking my Note 9 had issues... Jabra customer service did not respond to my email for 3 days. Oh well. Maybe I just got a bad set. But, between the discomfort and the end of sale, I will not try again. P.S. opening the charging case is a challenge in itself...

DO NOT BUY
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not sure what Jabra is doing, but I have the Jabra Elite 65t and a pair of the Jabra Elite Active 65t. Both left ear buds have gone crazy. Everything was smooth sailing from 6 May until 1 June. Then the left ear bud on my Elite 65t just started having problems. I wasn't having a problem before but the 23 May firmware update to address the same problems I was having in my left ear bud might be the culprit. So I purchased the Active 65t on 2 June and they were working fine out of the box. Updated the firmware and went to the gym the very next day. The left ear bud for my Elite Active 65t started acting like my Elite 65t where the left ear bud sounds like it's dropping out or there is interference.

Constant disconnect
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wanted to like these. I’ve had many Jabra products over the years. I waited in anticipation for this model to come out. The one issue they always had was connectivity. If my phone was in my back poket and I bent over it would disconnect. Later it would auto disconnect when no sound was playing. Now however it barely connects at all! It takes 5min or more just to use the things. Sorely disappointed! Worst part is I was excited enough about these to get my son a pair. I’ll most likely be returning both sets and hopefully find a new brand that works better. Again sorely disappointed in Jabra!

Left earbud quit working
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had these for about a year when the left earbud stopped working. It would be on for a few seconds then shut off. The Jabra app said it had the latest firmware do couldn't update that. Tried resetting by taking out of the case then putting back in and letting set for an hour then plugging in and letting charge for 8 hours then unplugging for an hour then taking out of the case again. Same problem. I have read where others were having the same issue and with the 75T also. They were great when they both worked but if you can't even get a year out of them they're nothing but garbage.

Not Great anywhere with lots of traffic
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These headphones are ok in the house, but take them to the gym or anywhere there will be other users with headphones and you will be sadly disappointed. At the gym they cut out continuously and mostly the left ear bud. Other users in the gym and their are tons of them have no issues with their beats, their air pods, ect. I took my old Platronics back beat bluetooth but wired and no issues with my iphone max. Jabra support is also terrible as they don't answer their 800 support line or their emails.
