Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This produce has good sound quality but is a poor product as the ear buds fall out of your ear regularly . Sooner or later you will lose them when they fall out of your ear in a situation that they can’t be retrieved. Jabra service would not solve the problem when i companied . Best buy would not oner a return of the era buds either. Very unsatisfied customer . They have a faulty product and best buy has the wrong service policy’s

Posted .Hi Sheriff1- thanks for your review of the Jabra Elite Active 65t, we really appreciate it. We are glad to hear that you are satisfied with the audio quality of your earbuds. However, we regret that you are not able to find a secure fit with them. Since everyone's ears are shaped slightly differently, we recommend trying all of the different sized EarGels that come included in your package in order to find a fit that is snug, but not too tight. You may even need to mix and match the size of your EarGels per earbud. Furthermore, we strongly encourage you to check out our support article which details how to get the best fit with your Jabra Elite Active 65t: https://www.jabra.com/supportpages/jabra-elite-active-65t/100-99010000-02/faq/How-do-I-get-the-best-fit-with-my-Jabra-true-wireless-earbuds#/. At this time, not being able to find a secure fit with the Jabra Elite Active 65t earbuds is not a manufacturer defect and is not covered under the warranty. For this reason, we are not able to move forward with a replacement- as you will run into the same challenge with the new pair- or exchange your Elite Active 65t for a different Jabra device. Your only recourse if you are not able to find a secure fit with your earbuds is to try to return them to Best Buy following their return policy.

Stopped Working After 4 Days!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. To me, the thought of spending $200 on earbuds was not only ludicrous, it was also unimaginable. I've had the same pair of $20 SoundPEATS heapdhones for three years, but they finally stopped working, so even though I knew it meant I'd be broke for some time, I decided to splurge on these. I was not only in heaven the first couple days I got them, but I also showed them off to everyone I knew. So freaking cool! Alas, this fairy tale came to an abrupt end just four days after I purchased them. On the fourth night of ownership, I put the 100% charged earphones in and the left ear didn't come on. I turned them off. Turned them back on. Still, it didn't work. I disconnected Bluretooth and reconnected. Still, nothing. I put them back in their case and took them out again. Nothing. I'm sure I could call Jabra and maybe even get some technical support. Maybe they'll tell me I have a defective pair and send me a replacement. Maybe, they'll tell me to return them to Best Buy and get another pair. None of this matters. Because when you drop $200 on a pair of earphones, they should NEVER stop working. No glitches for $200 earphones. No excuses. Also, how can I possibly trust another pair wouldn't do the same thing? Would you give away $200 of your hard-earned money in hopes your earphones never stop working? I wouldn't. There is no way Jabra can regain my trust again, and a new pair would only leave me worried they'd stop working after some time. Also, can we get back to the fact that these only worked for four days? I spent $50/day on earphones. As my three-year-old would say, "Not nice, Jabra. Not nice!"

Left earbud won't turn on at all
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just got these today and plan on returning them tomorrow when best buy reopens. Opened my package and did the quick start and the right earbud turned on as soon as I took it out of the case as it is supposed to but the left one remained off and about 6 hours into ownership I still cannot get it to turn on. Save your money and get a different brand

$180 of Junk. Especially for exercise.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the Jabra Elite Active 65t as a replacement for my AirPods after one broke. I intended to use these for road biking as well. I’ll cut to the chase and say this was the single worse electronics purchase I have ever made. Everything about these screams cheap, including the wailing feedback these puppies make in your pocket if you have the ambient mic on. I took these for one test bike ride and one fell out twice. In 1.5 years of AirPodsni has one drop. So I did some Internet research and tried again, screwing them into my ears. This time no drops. Next ride, after the same routine of twisting them into my ear one fell out on a busy road. It was not retrievable. Best buy won’t take thenm back, jabra will only give me a 20% off coupon which I’ll never use. Even when I had two if these the plastic case was flimsy and cheap feeling. Sound is on par or worse than airpods. Ambient mic is a stupid gimic. They suck at noise blocking to begin with and the headphones squeal in mice in your pocket if you dot turn off that stupid feature. Battery was horrible as well. If you want to waste $185 I suggest finding something more fun than this junk. Almost any headphones is better than the jabra elect active 65t.

Disappointing
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have Bose noise cancelling wired earphones. Love them, but grew to hate the wire. Plus my iphone won't take the 3.5mm plug. Got lightning to 3.5mm adapter but so awkward, flopping all over the place and where it bends it made a kink that now makes the music pauses any time I move. Sooo, wireless. I read the reviews and I must be the oddity here. Everyone loves these but here's what I found: 1. the EQ function when changed via the app does not work at all. No sound change whatsoever whatever I put it on, bass boost, treble, etc. sounds the same. 2. sound is wretched. Tinny, lousy. My cheap old earphones that came with my iPhone 5S sound 10x better. 3. pressing on the buttons on the left ear drives the ear bud into my ear canal and it is very uncomfortable. 4. case is annoying. they don't snap in or have a magnet so they move around when you try to close the lid so you often have to readjust the way they are seated. Plus the lid is hard to open. It's nice and small, that's the only plus. 5. They don't stay in my ear. Bose has it all over them with the little wings that really hold the bud in place. I returned them. Back to drawing board.

Don’t do it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let me make this simple, the product is ok, but I also have air pods. The fit is uncomfortable and bulky in your ear, if they get out of sink you have to reboot in case. They look decent but as far as sound goes they are ok but airpods are much better in sound and comfort, so for me I was excited for these but in the end they are going back to the store

Decent sound quality, not really active
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My wife got me these for father's day, put them in to listen to music at the gym while I worked out and any time I moved other than straight up and down they lost their fit. They actually feel out of my ear when I was doing a side plank. Might be good for running but that would be about as active as you can be with these.

Not good
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this two months ago and the left earbud stopped working. It takes days for customer support to respond to troubleshooting queries and weeks for them to provide instructions for replacement under warranty of which I am still awaiting instructions for. While they are easy to pair and fine for tooling around, they don’t stay in your ears securely during workouts despite manufacturers claims. While they never fell out, they would begin to dislodge themselves from my ear to the point I was concerned they would fall out and I would lose an earbud. The sound is comparatively low as well requiring the volume be jacked up which is a common problem for many similar bluetooth products. I have a pair of Jaybird X3 that outperform these in both sound quality and secure fit during workouts. This was a waste of money, especially at their near $200 price point.

Horrible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unusable. They don’t stick on my ear at all. After 10 seconds they feel like they’re about to fall off. Spent $203 with tax on this, the worst buy I’ve ever made. The sound is not bad, It’s good, but nothing special, and the case feels cheap.

Extremely short range
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a pair and when paired to my device the left earbud only works within 6 feet. Beyond that it starts to cut in and out and by 12 feet there is no sound coming from it. The right earbud has no problems within the 12 feet range. I contacted support and tried their methods to correct this (standard routine of re-pairing, reinstalling the firmware, ...) and it made no difference. I returned my initial pair and got another thinking it was a defect but the 2nd pair behaves exactly the same. Even though I'm in the Android ecosystem, I tried pairing some AirPods to the same device and they worked without issues. The device was left upstairs and I was able to go downstairs to the other side of the house before they cut out. 2/2 attempts to use this product and it's a complete failure. Looks like I'm getting a set of AirPods since they work as expected.

Posted .Hello Scott, I apologize for the confusion, let me help to clear it up. In our Jabra Elite Active 65t only the right earbud is connected to the device by bluetooth. The left is connected only to the right through a different radio technology with a much more limited range. So while you can use the right earbud, or the set together, at ranges of 10 meters from the device, the left by itself, must be kept in close proximity to the right. I hope this clear up the confusion. Thank you.

Jabra not very good and not as advertised.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ordered this item as a backup to my air pods. They look very nice but very disappointed overall and for the price I paid for these ear buds. To start they do not fit comfortably in my ears no mater what position they are in and I constantly have to adjust them to make sure they don't fall off. Secondly the sound quality is not up to par with what I expected The app equalizer to adjust base and treble doesn't seem to do anything. I ended up buying a much cheaper set online for about $35 that outperforms these Jabra ear buds AND they stay in place the entire time with no adjusting needed.

Not a good fit..
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Earbuds came with 3 pad sizes, and fell out with every one. And this happened while sitting down, not even walking. Echoed while talking on the phone - the person I was talking to heard the echo and it was distracting. Sound Quality?
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I returned these right away, so I can only give limited insight. They sounded a little like a set of airline headphones. They were just barely OK at low volume, but they distorted badly at even moderately high levels. TERRIBLE call quality! This makes a $5 earbud mic
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wish I had seen reviews on the Jabra 65T Elite's call quality. The person on the other end of the call will hear EVERY bit of background noise. Calls are extremely poor in any place but a dead silent room. Conversations/sound from even 20+ feet away would drive the other person on the call insane. This is completely unacceptable since cheap $5 headphones would produce 100x better calls. I have HUGE BUYERS REMORSE and can only HOPE an update is released to fix this issue. I will update this review if that ever happens but, until then I do NOT recommend buying this product.

Not for larger ears. Best Buy kinda sucks.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these on 5/14 for my husband’s birthday on 5/21. He couldn’t get them to fit in his ears with any of the ear gels included, so beware if you have larger than average ears . I logged into my account to initiate a return, but not until 6/2 (because, you know, #pandemic, #nochildcare) and it said the return window closed on 5/31 ). Went to a physical store and they still wouldn’t honor it. Jabra support was no help on getting them to fit. So, now I have a really expensive paperweight. Ugh. I’ve w soooooo much from Best Buy in the past, but alas no more.

These things are terrible...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Honestly, save yourself the trouble and do not buy these. I had to go through 3 pairs of these before receiving ones that were hardly acceptable (still a static tube like sound in 1 ear that was not nearly as bad as the previous 3 pairs). For nearly $200 you'd expect these things to work like a dream. NOT the case. The sound isn't even that great on them. Go with some over the ear bluetooth headphones like the bose quietcomforts or sony mx3s if you care about quality. I will never buy from this company again because their QC appears to be non-existent.
