    I have had three pairs of these headphones sent to me. One set would not charge. Two sets will charge in the case but then they do not turn on whatsoever. THREE SETS and all three are duds. I've had several people, including someone in Tech, look at them to rule out user error. Do not buy this product. I don't know how this company is still afloat.

    Terrible Customer Service I have ever had

    Since this earbud doesn't turn off automatically in case and keep Bluetooth connectivity with my phone in case after few weeks, I asked customer service and they let me do warranty request for replacement. Then, they never reply my message again. I attached as an evidence. Even though they guarantee 1 year warranty, it is just fake. I have never seen like this terrible customer service again.

    I purchased the Jabra wireless headphones about two months ago in Best Buy. The right earphone has volume problems. When I returned them to Jabra customer service claims it hasn’t received them, despite proof of delivery by UPS. They don’t return my emails and customer service is of no use. Try to talk to a manager and they won’t let you. It’s been one month since I return them and still nothing.

    Noise cancelling doesn't work.

    I like these for phone conversations, I could hear clearly and the person I was talking to could hear me better than usual. That said, I'm not sure the noise cancelling works at all, I think I got defective phones, and I got a Bluetooth transmitter for my TV and the sound is distorted and awful. I will be returning these.

We are glad to hear that you were satisfied with the call quality of the Elite Active 65t earbuds. The Elite Active 65t features passive noise cancellation only. Therefore, finding the correct fit with your earbuds is imperative as it will allow you to get the best possible noise cancellation. At this time we do not recommend that you pair your Jabra Elite Active 65t directly with your TV. The Elite Active 65t is optimized to be used with other Bluetooth devices, such as smartphones or tablets. It is not optimized to be used directly with a TV. For that reason, we cannot guarantee device performance or provide support for performance problems that may result from this. We are sorry to hear that you will be returning your earbuds.     Not for small ears

    I'm heartbroken about these. Heard such great things about them, but can't even get them to go in my ears, much less stay. I've tried all 3 size rubber tips they came with and gone back over the fitting instructions dozens of times to make sure I'm putting them in correctly, but they won't even stay in my ears for a split second.

    Horrible quality

    This product came with a non working left earbud and I’ve tried everything possible to resolve this. It’s defective and at this premium, it’s a poor execution on jabra’s part and their quality assurance. I don’t have time to waste returning this item now so I will no longer support this brand.

    I replaced a pair of Jabra elite sport with these and they’re horrible. They’re really uncomfortable and fall out constantly regardless of the tip I use. The controls are overly sensitive and as a result change music frequently when I’m trying to adjust the earbud. Will be returning.

    Connection Issues!

    I'm not even going to get into the overall audio quality because the moment I hit the park for a jog they couldn't maintain a connection. For a pair of earbuds that cost almost $200, this is unacceptable. I will be returning these as soon as possible.

    Left earbud doesn't work

    I should have returned this product soon after buying because there was always an issue with the performance. Unfortunately I didn't return them and the left earbud doesn't work at all. Waste of $200.
