Was looking for a pair of true wireless headphones after losing a pair of plantronics bluetooth headphones. These are quite good and I'm happy with them. Good sound quality (probably not as good as a set of reference on ear headphones), fantastic call quality, and easy to insert and take out of ears. They have an ambient sound mode that works reasonably well. I haven't had luck activating it with one touch as it claims they do, but they're easy enough to take out and put back in. Their one weakness is that there is no locking mechanism when putting them in their case, so they are prone to bounce around or fall out of case when you open the lid for the case. Just have to be careful.

This is my first experience with wireless ear buds. I must say they have been great so far. They stay in my ears well and the sound quality is great. Even better was I got them on sale during the holidays.

These ear buds are fantastic! They fit snug, sound great, and the noise canceling microphones work great. I’ve worn them daily for a month. They are not as obtrusive as the Bose! Would definitely recommend.

Long lasting battery. Small and convenient. Feels great in the ear.

These do offer great sound. Adjusting with the mobile app allows you to get some good bass too. They feel like they are sucking into your ear at first but it gets comfortable after a few seconds.

I have tried a number of ear pods before, both wired and wireless, and none have compared to these. Fit is great as they stay put, sound is excellent, noise cancelling works well and the price was right.

I used my additional Best Buy credit card points to buy these headphones. Pros: Noise-Cancelling is one another level. I use them mainly at the gym and they block out all outside noise. Lightweight, Easy-to-wash, easy-to-recharge, fits in your pocket. Cons: Difficultly switching devices. When I want to switch between my iPhone and iPad, I have to “Forget This Device” and pair it again.

I got this for work, I work outside and inside so these were important to be weather resistant. These really fit the bill. fit right out of the box. Easy pairing with personal and work phone. GREAT sound.

1st set purchased was defective, one bud would not power on, Best Buy exchanged and said they had a few come back like that. After exchange they were good ! Loud enough without damaging “ear”. Overall satisfied aside from the hassle of having to go back to store, was a hassle because of living in a rural area and not close to town.

For true wireless these cannot be beat. Battery life is great sound quality is awesome. Use them every day. You have to buy these, you'll love them. Also install the companion app to set EQ levels.

I got these for $120 on black Friday and they last a long time are good quality both material and sound wise great app I accidentally put in the washing machine and they live! so happy I got these!!!

Good clarity and comfortable fit. Not a complaint but I wish they were a little louder

I got these as a gift for my wife, as she only had wired earbuds. She uses them while working out or while at work. They stay in place and have great quality sound!

Sounds great,pairing was easy and they don’t fall out while I’m wearing them

Great product, my son loves that they are comfortable in his ears and the charge last for quite a while. His favorite feature is, when he takes one ear bud out of his ear his music automatically pauses.

I've paired these to my Garmin Fenix 6 watch for running the past year and a half. They have been solid and are holding up well. Solid fit and problem free...rain or shine.

I love these earbuds they fit perfect and won’t fall out. Good sound and i love the fact that they shut off the music if you take it out your ears and continue when you put them back so you don’ Miss anything.

I really like my set. Great audio quality, I love the hear through settings, and they look better than AirPods (in my opinion). The one place that made me give this 4 stars is that you cannot listen to only the left ear. It can be the right only or the right and left. But no left ear by itself, they won’t work. Other than this I love the product. Would buy it again.

Prior to these I was using Jay's X2 and X1. Very excited about these when announced at CES 2018. I ordered these along with the Conply Sport Tips. Unfortunately the Comply tips caused them to stick too far out of the ear and I started to use the silicone tips provided by Jabra. Now my ear shape is different and I always used different size Comply tips in each ear. So with the silicone tips I have not been able to get them to stay in ear over about 30 minutes of walking. Either one or both will fall out and I have tried different combinations and different sizes in each ear. When they are in the sound quality is good, on par with my Jays, and 0 connection issues. Now Comply has released a new foam piece called TrueGrip which I have tried and they work great. But they fit so loosely on the ear bud that when you remove them the foam stays in your ear. I cannot really fault Jabra for my ear shapes, but what I think I need is an earbud that has a wing tip on it to help stay in the ear. My recommendation to anyone buying these is too try them on as soon as you get them, move around a little to insure a good fit. If not hopefully you can return them.

After a lot of research and several YouTube videos, I selected these and I'm glad that I did. The fit is perfect in the sound is even better. Big step up from other Wireless earbuds I've purchased in the past
