These are great for working out, and stay in. When running outside, you can turn on hear-through, so that you can still be aware of your surroundings. I have used these a lot more than I thought I would, and I love that they're understated, and not as visible as the AirPods, so I don't feel as visible when wearing them.

I’ve always loved haves products but by far this is my favorite. I have a iPhone and I also love there product, but the AirPods come on what’s is that sticking out your ear? This product sounds just ask good if not better the only ipside the AirPods have over this is that you don’t need another app on your phone. That’s it!

Not quite happy with performance during calls

The call feature doesn't seem to work well. It's great when listening to music, but it falls short when it comes to using it during a call. Noise cancels but picks up the background noise during call and then the mic is choppy every time I am on a call. It deems itself useless because that's my primary reason for getting them, to use them on calls while I'm driving or need my hands free to do tasks.

Hello Nessa- Thank you so much for writing a review of the Jabra Elite Active 65t. We are delighted to learn that you enjoy the Elite Active 65t for listening to music, but we regret that you are less satisfied with the device for taking phone calls. We expect callers to hear your background noise on a call due to the lack of noise cancellation on the microphones in the earbuds. The Jabra Elite Active 65t features passive noise cancellation for the wearer only. You achieve passive noise cancellation when the device wearer has the earbuds in their ears, and the eargels create a seal around the outside of the ear canal. That said, while we do anticipate background noise for your caller, it should never be louder than your voice. Of course, this is barring noisy environments. However, we do not expect your voice to sound choppy when you are on a phone call. We are happy to take a deeper look into that challenge, and we encourage you to contact our Product Support Team at your earliest convenience: https://www.jabra.com/supportpages/jabra-elite-active-65t/100-99010000-02/contact-support.
We look forward to hearing from you! Jabra

Bought these for my wife. She’s constantly stealing my headphones for work and losing them. She works outdoors and needed the sound pass though feature to still hear her surroundings. They fit under her helmet and allow her to take calls and keep handsfree. Not to mention water proof for the PNW weather. The only issue she’s had is the left bud dies faster than the right? Case provides additional charges though.. her ears are smaller so long hours of wear tend to hurt her. But then again almost all earbuds she’s tried have irritated one way or another other than the EarPods but those fall out.

I have been using these for quite some time and they have never failed me. At the gym, on a hike, jogging in the rain (not on purpose) whilst cooking... I can't complain. I have taken phone calls though the main purpose was for music.

Love these buds. When I replaced my original 65 elite I upgraded to the active. The regular elite 65 are quite slick. I found myself dropping them in the plane quite often. The actives are rubberized a bit so easier to handle. Great sound and phone headset while traveling. Only wish is noise canceling ability.

I use ear buds strictly for phone calls when walking or jogging. I've had Jabra products before and feel the sound quality has always been good, and the sound quality of these buds was also good. Unfortunately, the buds just wouldn't stay in. I'd be walking or jogging and I could feel the right bud slowly losing grip on it's way to SPRINGING out of my ear. Also, although it really didn't drop calls, I'd have many periods of dead air when calls would cut in and out. Had to return them.

What a great purchase! I read all the reviews before purchasing this item and I have yet to be disappointed with this purchase. The buds stay in my ear, even when I am sweaty. The volume is on point and very easy to maintain. They came is a little box that allows me to charge and store the buds at the same time.

Crackling sounds? Good fit, not the best bass...

So, first off, I'm a huge sound guy. I play in a rock band, so you can imagine how much mixing is an important piece of this for me. The graphic equalization in the Jabra app is good, but it's totally subpar. Not much of a difference between different settings, and manually setting sound doesn't make that much difference either. Basses are not deep, and treble never gets to the point where it makes that much of a difference unless you choose the opposite extremes. Second, if your phone and your fitbit are both connected to one another and you try to "auto-link" this to your fitbit, it won't work. You have to disconnect one of the devices from your Jabra earbuds. So, connecting is a pain (if you're only using with your phone, you're fine). Imagine you have three or more devices you're using your earbuds with... you have to disconnect all but the one you want to use. Lastly, the "hearthrough" feature is a waste. I don't know anyone who plays music that softly for this to work. Sure, if you're jogging and a car honks at you, that's a good feature. But if I'm sitting at work and listening to music and someone comes to talk to me from behind, I can't hear them at all. (And I'm not cranking the music that loudly). I'm returning these because there's a bad crackling sound. It's almost as if the bluetooth is not fully connecting... it's really strange. And it only happens out of one side. It's almost as if there's a wire inside that's almost completely disconnected, because after the crackling noise sometimes the sounds goes out completely on the left side. (This is with a full charge) I've used them two days now, and going to return them. In conclusion - if the sounds were a bit better, I'd hold onto these (if they weren't broken). The crackling happened just yesterday (second day in), which makes me think I got a lemon pair. I love Jabra, so I really wanted to give a good review, but I don't think these are the best things they've ever made.
