Great for listening, not so much for conversations

I've had them in for as long as 3 hours without too much discomfort. Unfortunately I have not been able to use them for phone conversations. They pick up too much background noise. If you need earbuds for talking at work I can't recommend these.

However, we regret to learn that you are facing challenges with the background noise of your Jabra Elite Active 65t earbuds while on a phone call. To reduce ambient noise, the latest generation of Jabra true wireless earbuds offer four-microphone technology (two microphones placed in each earbud) which point toward the user’s mouth and pick up the voice. To give the best possible audio quality on the receiving end of a call, digital signal processing is used to remove background noise, such as wind when the earbuds are used outdoors, and office noise when they are used indoors. True wireless earbuds perform well for music and calls in many different environments. However, the design and wearing style of the earbuds, with the microphones located in the ears rather than next to the mouth, may in some situations present a challenge picking up voice or filtering out background noise, compared with Jabra products that have a different design and wearing style. Other products may offer higher levels of noise reduction on the receiving end of a call because the microphones are placed closer to the mouth, for example in a boom arm or on a cord. Furthermore, due to the lack of noise cancellation and the position of the microphones on the Jabra Elite Active 65t earbuds, some background noise is expected while you are on a phone call. The noise, however, should never be louder than you are. This is of course barring any noisy environments. Then after some trail and error, I bought these after trying a few different earbud options. I like these a lot as I use my phone often for work and these earbuds have a great microphone that works really well (no complaints about not being able to hear me like my first few tries on earbuds). Additionally, I use them while working out/running and they stay in my ears nicely and I have no issues hearing the music. I bought the 'old' version (65t vs 75t) as they were significantly cheaper than the 'new' version of the Jabra Active earbuds. However, overall I can see myself getting a Jabra product again in the future.

Every time someone needed to talk , I had to pull them out of my ear before I could hear them. The hear through is great. These don't cut in & out like others

You can wear them in the rain and when you work out without worry. Also it has an option to hear your surroundings using the jabra app.

Right earbud keeps failing

But on 2 occasions now, the volume of the right earbud has faded to almost zero. Can barely hear it. Both times this is off a fresh charge and there isn't any wax build up issue. Suffered through a workout and then went to check them later and suddenly the right side is fine again. No idea why.

Used them everyday they stay in place while running and sweating. Can adjust the ambient sound to the environment I was in. So I bought these for my son.

The thing I didn’t like was the left side only was for music and only when the right side was in your ear. I also have an iPhone XS Max and some times when I would get a call the call would not go to the headset when it was paired it would go to the phone.
