Sound goes out on earbuds from time to time. Only allows me to connect 2 devices at one time. When they work they work good.

In certain buildings, one side will cut out and quit working but other than that, great product. Being waterproof is an awesome quality!

Use it at the gym daily. Survives drops, sauna sessions, and daily use for calls. Range is much better than my other bluetooth earbuds, can walk to the water fountain without my phone. Build quality is good, still works well and the buds have never sat in the case and not charged (a common issue on cheaper earbuds when I tried).

I really didn’t care for these earphones... Listening to others when you had these in your ear was muffled. You could also hear yourself through your ears...even with the different settings. Also, these we’re supposed to be sport versions, and no matter which cushion I would choose, I still could not obtain a good fit. Most of the time the ear piece would fall out of my ear, and hit the ground. I cannot comfortably recommend these, and I so wanted to...especially from the reviews. :-(

Loved the sound and noise cancellation, but on my runs, once they got wet, one of them would slide out. I returned them.

Great sound and very customizable highly recommended

So far my experience with these earbuds is back and forth. The sound quality is good but every time I raise the volume over 70% the audio clips for a moment. My other problem being the fit I've tried all 3 sizes and all 3 fall out of my ears but I think that's a personal problem. I do notice when I'm working outside on my lawn or under my vehicle they seem to fall out with the medium tips. Personally these are not for me. The battery life and overall size is fantastic though. The "hear through" feature is great.

Really great alternative to other sports earbuds at an affordable price. It has many custom features to adjust to your liking.

I think these were made to fit men's ears. There are a lot of positive reviews about the fit, and I can't understand them. The different sized ear gels do nothing to help them from falling out repeatedly while I just do the dishes (not even running!). The sound and features are great - noise canceling and hear-through are both great. But they drive me crazy, falling out all the time.

When are doing high impact work outs, they tend to fall out of your ears. Sound quality is great!

I purchased them for my husband's birthday. I actually bought several pairs for him because I didn't know which ones he would like. He picked this pair. He uses them all the time. He says the sound is no much better than the previous version or the other headphones.

Bought them for my husband. He really likes them! Says he prefers them over his Beats headphones. He is not tech savvy at all and was able to pair them to his phone (android) with no issues.

The best earbuds that I’ve owned. Only problem is I have difficulty finding the right size to fit my ears. I stuck with the largest size. But went fishing bent over to get my fish and my earbuds popped out and were unrecoverable! I’ll keep you posted on how BestBuy handles this situation. Thank You CP

Having a little bit of a problem with fit and setting up. I figure time will fix that problem. Other than that, not any other problems.

Overall the all’s round best wireless set you can get right now just wish the tips provided a better fit or a had a few other features for this price range

I have had Jaybirds for many years but now converted to Jabra. Easy to use. Connects right out of the case. Love just having the ability to use one headphone. I am a runner and thought they would slip out but for the most stayed in place
