They work perfectly fine most of the time! But there are times when one would go out, and I would have to turn them off and back on. But overall I love them.

Since everyone's ears are shaped slightly differently, we recommend trying all of the different sized EarGels that come included in your package in order to find a fit that is snug, but not too tight. You may even need to mix and match the size of your EarGels per earbud. Furthermore, we strongly encourage you to check out our support article which details how to get the best fit with your Jabra Elite Active 75t. That article will be called: "How do I get the best fit with my Jabra true wireless earbuds?" In order to see our Frequently Asked Questions, simply go to our website and navigate to Support. From there, enter the name of your device. There, you will be able to find our various available resources, as well as our contact information down at the bottom of the page. I have enjoyed these thoroughly. They fit quickly and easily, and they stay put during workouts. Hear-through is a feature you'll wonder how you ever lived without. Sound quality doesn't disappoint in the slightest, and sound quality is of paramount importance for me in an earbud.

I have tiny ears and even tinier ear canals and up until this point I had never been able to find a pair of earbuds to fit until now. It wasn't until I put these in my ear did I realize "Oh..this is how ones that fit are supposed to feel!"

The earbuds constantly don't work. It is typically the right one that keeps going out, but both do it. Upon research, I discovered this to be an ongoing customer issue. Returning these for my money back. It is very unfortunate because when they worked properly they were excellent.

Love using my Jabra headphones! Much better quality of sound that AirPods and most importantly...they don't fall out of my ears when running and exercising! Also, "hear-through" technology is awesome! I can use my headphones at work and talk without having to take them out.

These in-ear headphones are really good. I am switching between the mid and large size gel pieces. I find when I sweat they fall out of my ear easier. The Bluetooth connection to my iPhone is quick and easy. This was a good purchase for me.

As a preface, I bought these as upgrade to the 65t's. That headset still works great after a solid year of heavy use. I appreciate the new case having magnets and a USB C charging port. The headphones feel study even though they are a much smaller form factor. This being said, I am greatly disappointed with the 75t's. First issue is how they fit. The right earbud seems to be okay, but the left earbud moves about even when walking. No matter what size I use it will not stay put. I had no issue with the 65t. Second issue is the sound. Even when using the app, the sound is never consitent. Sometimes the bass is barely noticeable, others its all you can hear. I've tried with several different apps listening to the same song and the issue is apparent. Third, is now my headset is producing a very faint but high pitched noise that hurts my ears. I tried troubleshooting by installing all updates, even the voice assistance one, left them on the charger overnight then gave it a try. Issue persists. Then I uninstalled then reinstalled the sound app to make sure the updates when through and still there is a noise. The noise makes the headset unusable. Thankfully I have GSP and am going in to see if I can get them replaced. Going from the 65t which was the best earbud I've ever owned, to paying more for this product feels like a waste of money.

Hi Chuck- thank you for your review of the Jabra Elite Active 75t, we really appreciate it. We are thrilled to hear that you are loving the updated design of the Elite Active 75t compared to the Jabra Elite 65t. However, we regret to hear that you are having trouble finding a secure fit with your left earbud and that you are not satisfied with the audio quality of the earbuds. Since everyone's ears are shaped slightly differently, we recommend trying all of the different sized EarGels that come included in your package in order to find a fit that is snug, but not too snug. You may even need to mix and match the size of your EarGels per earbud. We believe that the Jabra Elite Active 75t maintains a nice balance between the highs, mids, and lows of the audio you are listening to. In order to get the best possible audio quality with your Elite Active 75t, we recommend making sure your earbuds are placed correctly in your ears. You can check our support page here to ensure you have the proper adjustment: https://www.jabra.com/supportpages/jabra-elite-active-75t/100-99091000-02/faq/How-do-I-get-the-best-fit-with-my-Jabra-true-wireless-earbuds#/ Ensuring you have the best fit with the eargels on your Jabra Elite Active 75t earbuds is also vital for making the most out of the passive noise cancellation function of your earbuds. A snug fit will create a seal around the outside of your ear canal, which will in turn prevent ambient noise from getting in to your audio stream. Furthermore, we strongly encourage you to check out our support article which details our helpful tips and tricks on how to get the best possible audio quality with your Jabra Elite Active 75t: https://www.jabra.com/supportpages/jabra-elite-active-75t/100-99091000-02/faq/How-do-I-get-the-best-possible-audio-experience-when-listening-to-music-and-watching-videos#/. Upgrading from the elite active 65t and it was worth it, connects seamless between 2 phones at the same time. Though I have to turnoff hear through for calls to prevent an echo but calls are clear and no complaints form the callers

Chose these because they can connect to 2 devices at the same time. Work great. Have regular, hear-through, and ANC modes. I added Comply foam ear tips. I comfortably wear them at work most of the day. Very impressed with them.

Very disappointed. Not noise cancelling if I can't use it in a a city bus. And they keep slipping off my ears. And why on earth nobody told me it was not compatible with laptops? Also, can't use if in another room than the phone.
