Best feature is the ambient noise feature so that she can run outside and have ability to hear approaching cars, etc. She loves them and she is a tough customer to please.

Haven't used them for anything heavy duty, just casual listening. Phone calls can be hard to hear and the right side seems to be going out already. Will wait to see what feedback I get from support before giving a bad review, but I am hesitant to keep them right now. The sound app is a huge plus and I do appreciate the ability to update firmware.

Issues with the left bud not taking a charge led me to return them. Besides the charging issue i really like the sound quality and u.i. of these buds.

But one thing I didn't like and it was major.... They didn't stay in my ears they kept falling out, maybe I just got really big ears, but they just wouldn't stay in, if they do stay in you'll love them

With some trial and error, most users are able to find a secure and comfortable fit for the earbuds, and it is rare when a user is not able to find a fit that is right for them. I stayed with the same ones because the value is great (on sale) and I lived for the titanium black ones I had they just went out (connecting bluetooth) after about 1.7 years after heavy usage.
