It is unfortunate that you are having trouble finding the best fit. With some trial and error, most users are able to find a fit that is both secure and comfortable. We hope that you will consider mixing and matching ear gel sizes. This may help as no two ears are exactly alike. The earbuds will also need to be twisted into the ear canals to create a proper seal. If you continue to have challenges with your Bluetooth connection, we kindly recommend reloading the firmware in the Sound+ app. Please follow the instructions provided to you below:
In Jabra Sound+ app, go to Headset > Voice Guidance Language, select the current language of the earbuds, and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the download and installation. This is just sayin it how it is and read more reviews a ton of others complain about connection issues hissing noise out of left earbud and then when its over 2 weeks to return to best buy and ya reach out to jabra they leave ya hangin

Also, I can’t pair without an app which is annoying. Other than that, they work as they should.

Unfortunately there were tons of glitches: wouldn't turn on when taken out of the case, not pairing with the phone and the final straw being they stopped charging. Customer service required all kinds of information before attempting to help. They also did not stay in my ear once I started sweating. If they can ever get the bugs worked out with newer models I would consider trying again.

Great for a bus/train commute!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I picked these to use on my commute (I sometimes feel like my left airpod is going to fall out when I’ve used them on my commute, and was looking for something that would hopefully feel like they would stay in my ear more securely). These stay in my ear very well - the shape just sits right in the ear neatly, and I feel these will be secure for getting and down and making train transfers. The case is small and doesn’t take up much room in my backpack...about 1.5 the size of an airpod case, but definitely smaller than all of the other wireless earphones I’ve tried. After a week, probably using them a half hour to 45 minutes a day, the battery charge is still showing high. LOVE the one press hear-through feature as it makes it quick and easy for me to hear the train or platform announcements when needed. I’d take off a half star if I could because I had to look up the volume instructions online (my package didn’t have all of the button instructions). The button commands work well, though, once you know them. The earphones paired super easily to my iPhone, and I really like that they come on when I take them out of the case to use. The app is good for setting the equalizer to get the sound you want. The sound quality is good as well. I haven’t exercised with them, but I’ve run to catch a train several times this week and they seem to stay in just fine. I’m happy with these, and recommend them if you’re looking for truly wireless headphones that also don’t hang down out of your ear.

Volume doesn’t go to zero when turned all the way down. Updated in the app and firmware it’s been the same. Probably going to return/exchange for something else.
