I followed the directions, and my lawn mower is still very loud - no change found with or without ANR. Not counting that, they work well.

Pairing is a hassle and didn't work on iPhone

But awful pairing on iPhone which never stayed paired. Requires downloading a separate app, took 4-5 attempts to get them paired, then the next morning at the gym took them out, and they had lost the pairing. Had to do it again, then the next day they had lost it again. Several factory resets later, they kept the pairing for 2-3 days, then lost it again. They were returned.

The battery only lasted maybe 5.5 hours. It was hard to remember all the taps (which are different if you are listening to music or on a call) and I could never get the feature to work in a phone call where I can hear my own voice. I would have to take the left earbud out for a phone call. The active noise cancellation is also much better on my old Plantronics backbeat Go 410s. You can customize the noise cancellation on these Jabras, but I couldn't tell much of a difference in the adjustments.

I think that unless the bass is increased, the sound is often treble heavy and a little tinny. Otherwise, very sturdy construction and good app.
