Displeased with purchase

Didn’t sound outstanding but had accepted it for a wireless Bluetooth headphones. About 10 months in, the left ear bed totally stopped working. I followed all the guides to be able to correct it, and eventually reached out the manufacturer. Unfortunately, they were completely unresponsive, despite multiple calls and emails. And while I understand that we have to have some amount of patience in these trying times, I ended up purchasing a replacement pair of buds from another manufacturer. While, again, these were fine when they worked, they did not last a year from purchase and the manufacturer did not stand by their product.
