2nd Set Failure with Left Bud

This is my second purchase set of these headphones for my wife and I, where the left bud stops working. It is a wiring--type issue, as I can shake one set and get occasional output for only a second or two. So disappointing with all the high ratings and price tag. Stay away from these unless you only want them to work for a few months.

However there is a known issue with the firmware that Jabra has yet to address. Google this issue and you'll find countless stories of people having the left earbud suddenly stop working. I had my headphones for less than 6 months before the left earbud completely stopped producing audio.
