Cons: sometimes one Bud will continuously drop connection and then reconnect, some time noise cancellation turns on and off. No wireless Charging. I'm an iPhone user and I prefer these over my Airpods Pro.

It’s a known problem that you can verify by the dozens of people in Jabra’s subreddit complaining of the same issue. I was literally just sitting at home listening to my earbuds when the left one died after about 90 minutes and became completely unresponsive. No charge light. No response to buttons. Completely and utterly dead. Support wasn’t able to fix it, either. I’m really upset now that it happened to me after the return window closed, because I’d have returned these and bought something else. Now I’m stuck with a $200 pair of premium garbage. I just want to warn others who might have been lured to purchase these based on glowing reviews, like I was, and let them know that the product has SERIOUS reliability issues that Jabra can’t seem to solve, and you should AVOID THESE EARBUDS AT ALL COSTS.

But after a couple of days, I started hearing a crackling noise on the left earbud during speech when listing to podcasts. Tried resetting a few times, but ultimately had to return it. Fit was great, and profile was small. Really wish they would've worked well.
