They stay in alright for day to day activities around the house or for studying but i would not reccomend them for running nor working out. The left earbud tends to desync form the right bud and takes a bit of tinkering to reconnect. The bluetooth range, despite being 5.0, is also quite limited.

We kindly suggest mixing all of the Jabra Elite Active 75t supplied accessories to find the best fit for you. When you place the Earbud into your Ear canal please twist the Earbud to create a tight seal. It is nice to learn that you were able to pair with your laptop. Some users as yourself may have success pairing a Jabra device with a computer, television, video game console, or other unsupported device. However, the full functionality of the Jabra device may not be available. For example, you may be able to send and receive audio, but the buttons on a headset may not work for music controls the way they would with a smartphone. Because your Jabra device is optimized for use with a mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet, we do not recommend you pair your device directly with any unsupported device. Jabra does not guarantee device performance or provide support if problems result from this type of connection. You can only listen to either both or just the right earbud. You can't listen to the left by itself. If you take one bud out it stops play and if you put bud back in it doesn't sync back in. You have to resync both. If you are doing some kind of loud work the headphones play a distortion back into your ears. They fall out easy too. Just too many complaints, returned.
