When you talk on the phone you either feel that your ears are plugged (even in transparency mode), or they fall out. Very poor design. Stick with any AirPods. Worth the difference. I bought these for $99 and I can't wait to return them.

Not what I expected from $200
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As a delivery driver I was looking for a true wireless earbud product that can withstand the dirt, rain, and the sweat. This product claims it does. Pros: sounds great, stays on well during work and exercise. Hear through is great. Calls are good but not great. Cons: battery only lasted 5 1/2 hours. I exercise during my lunch hour so I can't charge them. Only can use the right earbud independently and it only makes calls from the right earbud. It does disconnect from my Samsung S10 frequently. I would have hoped for it to use the left earbud independently like some other less expensive earbuds, like the Anker Soundcore Liberty Air 2, my son has these. I am getting these less expensive and they sound good and each bud is independent, and stays on during exercises. He let me try these out and it worked just fine for me and battery lasted 6 1/4 hour for one earbud. I used the other whole the other charged. I still recommend these earbuds because for most white collar workers, students, and athletes. But us Blue Collar workers, we always get hosed by the research and development department.

I tried resolving the left ear not working with Jabra, but I wasn't successful. The phone Crash came when I was using the buds and a call was coming in. Jabra had no explanation for this issue.
