    Would not stay on ears

    Sound is alright. My $99 Bose Sport sound much better. Tried all tip sizes and still fall out, specially when walking, I tried to push them in as hard as I could with no luck. I did like the feature where you can use it with 2 devices at one, like your phone and work computer, which I think is the only wireless earbud that can do it. Returned after a week.

    Were great while they lasted. Got a year out of them so i suppose i cant be too disappointed but now the left budndoesnt work at all and the right doesnt sound great. Never fit perfectly in my ear, not bad just not great. I was always having to adjust while exercising with then

    Tethered Left Earbud Decreases Flexibility

    The left earbud does not work unless you also have the right earbud out of the case and in your ear. Jabra did not make it so each earbud could function independtly like numerous other cheaper models from Raycon or Samsung. I bought these based off an Rtings.com review, but am disappointed with this lack of a basic feature.

    Noise Cancelling??

    Bought these thinking they would have great noise cancelling compared to my $5 wired earbuds. But my expectation was too high. They do absolutely nothing for traffic noise while walking and the sound quality is very tinny, much like my $5 earbuds. Needless to say I’m returning and maybe I’ll try Bose or Sony.

It is regrettable that you are thinking of returning the Elite Active 75t because you are not satisfied with the Active Noise Cancelation feature of the earbuds. To make the most out of the ANC feature on your Jabra Elite Active 75t, you are going to want to make sure you have the proper fit with your earbuds. The earbuds should fit snugly in your ears, and the eargels should create a seal around the outside of your ear canal. To ensure you have the proper fit, we encourage you to check out our fit guide here: https://www.jabra.com/supportpages/jabra-elite-active-75t/100-99091000-02/faq/How-do-I-get-the-best-fit-with-my-Jabra-true-wireless-earbuds#/. Getting the best fit with your Jabra Elite Active 75t earbuds will, in turn, prevent any ambient noise from getting into your audio stream. Next, you will want to customize the ANC in your Jabra Elite Active 75t by going to the Headset tab in the Jabra Sound+ app. Then select Personalize your headset> Active Noise Cancellation and follow all of the on-screen prompts.     They don't fit snugly into my ears and are always falling out; very easy to lose them. Also, they are super sensitive to touch, so when I try to adjust them I wind up canceling a phone call or switching to music that's not wanted. I'm returning them.

With some trial and error, most users are able to find a secure and comfortable fit of the earbuds, and it is rare when a user is not able to find a fit that is right for them. We hope that you will consider mixing and matching ear gel sizes. This may help as no two ears are exactly alike. The earbuds will also need to be twisted into the ear canals to create a proper seal.     Waste of money

    So I had my wife go buy these on Friday. I wake up excited and ready to go to work to try them out. First problem is I had my phone in my pocket and kept losing a connection to them. So Sat. rolls around I get to work put them in and the left one wasn't working. I put it back in the case waited a minute put it back in my ear and started getting a static sound. So I will be returning these and exchanges these for a different brand. I will never ever purchase anything from Jabra again this is the second product I bought and had problems with the other one. So if anyone from Jabra reads this I will tell my coworkers to avoid any of your products. Everyone at my job comes to me asking what brand they should buy because I buy earbuds and headphones all the time. I buy anywhere from 10 to 15 earbuds and headphones a year. I buy them then sell them to my coworkers when I am ready to switch to a new product.
