    They don't stay in your ears when you're working out. Need better ear bud design.

    Warning! Doesn't fit your ear securely!

    The audio is pretty good. I updated the software to get noise cancellation which was very mediocre. The bad rating is that my left earbud fell out on my FIRST bike ride, bounced into some bushes, and is gone forever. These "active" earbuds were supposed to fit snugly in the ear with the proper attachment and twisting insertion. I did both (carefully selecting the rubber bud that best fit my ear canal), wasn't sweating during the cold ride and the earbud popped out without any warning (feeling loose). Now Jabra's website says that I can replace my now-lost left earbud and all I have to do is buy a completely new pair at full price. This is unacceptable especially since much functionality is lost with the left earbud gone. Very unimpressed with the 75t active headset fit and would definitely not recommend.

    Had to wait 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. At least 3 people walked pass me and didn’t even make eye contact. I was interested in purchasing earbuds that were in the display case. Finally had to grab someone from another dept to help

    I was really excited to purchase these after doing serious online reviews. Well sadly none of the reviews I read spoke about these things coming out your ears and fit not snug enough to stay in your ears with just normal talking... I would not have purchased this item if this was made known...

    Hissing noise in left earbud during phone call

    When on phone call and you turn the volume up pass %60 there is a annoying hissing sound in the left ear bud .I returned them 3 times also tried with different phones and still the same thing .I really wanted to like them but for $200 this is not acceptable

    Would not stay in my ear, no matter which size ear adapter I used. I received a gift of a much cheaper brand, and those stayed in my ears quite well. These fell out just walking. The sound quality when I made a phone call was terrible. The person I called said they couldn’t understand me at all.

    Only the right piece will pair with a phone unless both are on. The charging is hit or miss. Sometimes I will leave them in the case for the weekend and will get only an hour of battery. Other times they hold charge for 7 hours.

      Hello Bmosc- Thanks for your review of the Jabra Elite Active 75t. Since you can only use the right earbud of the Elite Active 75t on its own, only the right earbud will connect to your phone. The left Jabra Elite Active 75t can only link to the right earbud. This behavior is the intentional design of the Jabra Elite Active 75t and cannot be changed. Regarding your challenge charging your Jabra Elite Active 75t, kindly ensure you see the earbuds power off when you return them to the charging case so they can charge properly. You will know the earbuds are off when the LED on each earbud flashes red respectively. By double-checking this, you make sure the earbuds make contact with the charging pins in your case.     Left bud fails to emit sound just outside of the warranty. I treat my stuff pretty good only thing I can conclude is something corroded internally over the short time they were used.

    They were great while they lasted and I am missing my “mute” button you can program into them for calls. They lasted less than a year before intermittently failing, so I would not recommend them.
