Not good for activity like it says

I tried every configuration of ear buds and all fell out. It’s a shame as the sound quality was good. Will be returning these.

great product; poor fit

But if the best shoe in the store is available only in size 7, 9, & 10, I cannot benefit from the product. Same with the Javra Elite. The Jabra actually gets five stars from me. But since I cannot enjoy wearing them without them falling out of my ear, one star is all they can get. Very frustrating. I suspect that I'm going to have this problem with other brands. There should be options for folks who cannot use the three size adapters that come with the headphones. But since most of the reviews indicate that the fit for them is fine, I'm guessing we won't see any changes anytime soon.

We recommend trying all of the included ear gels supplied with the Jabra Elite Active 75t to find the best, optimal fit for you. Please consider mixing and matching ear gel sizes. This may help as no two ears are exactly alike. The earbuds will also need to be twisted into the ear canals to create a proper seal. With some trial and error, most users are able to find a secure and comfortable fit of the earbuds, and it is rare when a user is not able to find a fit that is right for them. Would you mind posting a photo wearing the earbuds? This feedback is valuable to us, and we would like to pass it along to our product development team. Would be great if they worked consistently.

You take a hearing test to set up units. Very customizable. The main problem is they keep losing the connection to my iPhone. Turn your head, connection drops. Walk, connection drops. It just makes them unusable.

Poor quality and terrible support/warranty process

(Elite Active 65t and Elite Active 75t) I lost the sound in the right bud on both pairs. The most recent pair I purchased lasted less than 1 month. I've had a terrible time trying to get any support from Jabra and their warranty process requires you to mail in your headphones so they can see if there is a problem. That process can take "up to six weeks". So I was forced to go buy another pair of headphones so I could use them while I wait to see if Jabra is going to send me a new pair. It's been extremely frustrating. Because of this, I would recommend finding another brand.

Burned out

Sound great but don't last

After a couple of month the sound become lower and lower until you can’t hear them anymore. And it because of a little hole on the front of them. I don’t know why its there, but if it gets dirty the sound becomes lower. And it’s hard to clean out because it’s so small and if your not carful when cleaning it it can ruin the battery making them over heat and no longer hold a charge. And just another design flaw is that the left side can pair by itself, it can only pair directly with the right one with a very short connection range. For the price of these thing they are not good

Does NOT work with Windows laptops

It connected only a couple of times and I am having only issues after that. The device never shows up on Windows laptops. I had been trying to make it work for the last couple of weeks without any success. I am not sure whether I got a bad earphone set or this does not work with Windows systems. Unfortunately, the windows for replacement with Bestbuy is already over and I am stuck with an earbud that is not working.

Great when it works.

I finally got a return from Jabra and will be returning them for a replacement. The right earbud constantly lost sound. After several factory resets, no longer worked.

Don't Buy - Hot Garbage

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These earbuds are FAR WORSE than two pairs of earbuds I have that cost $50, one of them JLabs, the other Taotronics. BOTH are superior to these earbuds in EVERY way and cost less than a third what these do. Try them to find out for yourself. Music distorts at every volume level and sounds just plain bad. These hurt my ears. They're bigger and heavier than the Taotronics. I cannot believe they charge so much when you get so little. Both of the $50 earbuds have every feature these do, with the exception their controls cannot be customized like the Jabra's can.

Stopped working the 2nd day

I've been through half a dozen headsets because they can't hold up under my level of perspiration. I researched all the so called active headsets. I decided on this one. Well the right earbud stopped working less than 24 hours after I opened up the package. I hadn't even had a chance to sweat on the earbuds. You'd think a $200 Bluetooth would have some better quality control. I also didn't like that fact that the mono earbud function is limited to the right earbud only. I'm left handed and prefer using one earbud in my left ear.

Battery life

The calls where great, Sound was great, battery how ever was horrible I wasn't even getting 4 hours out of these on a full charge case and buds.

Very poor Bluetooth connection

For the price I would’ve expected a wireless charge capability and better Bluetooth. I tried everything from repairing to newest software. In the end I gave them away to my girlfriend because I was one day outside Best Buy’s return window. These are good for sitting still in one spot perhaps on a flight but in my opinion not much else.
