    Left earbuds don’t work.

    I would give 0 stars if I could. Right out of the box, the left earbud does not work - does not connect on Bluetooth, hold charge and has no audio. I replaced the pair with a new one, and guess what - same problem. It’s like you pay for two earbuds, but only one will work. Contacted customer service, and no response. I am returning these and buy a different brand.

    You can hear very well but the person you are talking to will complain that you across muffled to them. They also do not hold charge long.

This is not expected. We kindly suggest ensuring that your firmware is up to date. We also recommend resetting your charging case:
      Open the charging case and place the earbuds inside the case.
      Leave the lid open, and plug it into a power source using the supplied USB cable and the power supply or a wall charger with a standard voltage of 5v +- 0.25v.
      (Note: It is not recommended to charge the earbuds/case using a power supply with a higher voltage)
      Once you see the case battery level LED indication light up near the port after 3 to 5 sec, please close the lid.
      Allow the earbuds and the case to charge for 2 hours to receive a full charge.

    Wish I would’ve returned these, they call out your ears, you can’t use one at a time, and the sound quality is not good. I made a poor choice when choosing these :(

    I had problems with the left airbug, contacted the Jabra Consumer Support and did not help me, There is Something wrong with the software

    Do not buy broken in five months

    Do not buy. These worked great for five months and now won’t charge. That’s what I expect when I spend $15 not $150. I have done every recommended reset etc. I decided to go with Best Buy and support a company that was providing local jobs. I just looked at the warranty which is 15 days. While I don’t expect 5 months of warranty 15 days is insane. Back to Amazon I go.

    i realy wasn't satisfied with the earphones quality they fall off my ear all the time and the buttons to change the song or fast forward never work properly.

    The most expensive ear buds I've ever purchased are these pieces of garbage. It was a waste of money. They don't read your text messages or notifications to you, and you don't get notified of phone calls. If you are looking for a product that is helpful while you're driving or cycling or working which would help you avoid looking at your device while you communicate, this product is NOT IT! I would not recommend this overpriced junk.

      - Redial the last number*
      - Use call waiting*
      - Use voice dialing*
      This feature can only function properly when paired with a smartphone that supports the same Bluetooth profile. We kindly recommend testing the Jabra Elite Active 75t with a second smartphone.     I will be returning these. The buds kept falling out of my ear, and when I got them to stay in, they hurt my ear. The fit is horrible.

    I purchased these for running based on recommendations on running websites & they are terrible. I'm coming from the Bose Sport ones, so that's part of the problem. The sound quality is poor, they're so tiny that they don't stay put & there isn't as much control (volume, skip songs, etc) on the ear bud itself as the Bose. Wrap that up with the face that the case doesn't have any kind of indicator lights showing when it needs to be charged until it's too late & these things are a POOR choice.

    Used maybe five times before the left one dislodged during bike ride (on a dedicated bike only paved trail) and was lost in the brush. Right one had previously fallen out while running but I found it. Thought they were solidly in my ears as they were sealed and felt stable. Point being that unless your ears are just right for these, they may not be the best choice for you especially during exercise. Quite disappointing for ‘active’ earbuds.

    Beware, they no not work with anything other than your phone. Even though they are "active" they don't work with Garmin products, laptops, or VR products. Check compatibility before buying, because Jabra does not stand behind their products, you'll be stuck with a product you can't use. Also a poor feature of these: you can't use just 1 earbud. They shut off if you take one out or try to share the audio with a friend. Pretty disappointing.

    Sound quality was bad very low. Did not cancel noise well. Decided to go with the airpods pro and returned these right away.

    Elite Fail Save your money

    I replaced these 3 times in less than a week the first pair left ear bud had a static crackling going on. The second pair lasted a day and after a firmware update got the same static crackling going on. The last pair lasted me 4 days and I never updated because I deleted the jabra app and then I went to use them on the fourth day and it got the same issue. Safe to say I returned these and now am praying the Jaybird Visas or the Sony WF-1000XM3 do better.
