Won't stay in ears running, and can't return.

I purchased these for running. I thought if I spent a lot of money for some quality earbuds, they would be able to stay in my ears. Sadly, I was wrong. I tried to go for my first run with these today and I couldn't take 20 steps without them falling out of my ears. Today was the last day I can return in store, so now I'm stuck with them. I liked them when I was just sitting around my house, but what's the point doing that.

I purchased a pair of 75t actives and there was a static noise in the left earbud. So I exchanged them for a new pair but I had the same problem. I will return them and purchase a different brand of earbuds. Note: The previous 65t elite actives had the same issue. I don't understand how a company can let this happen twice. I don't recommend that you buy them.

It's been 6 months or so using Jabra - Elite Active 75t, i thought this would be my last pair, read lot of reviews and thought give it a try. Initially it worked great, and it kept deteriorating over time as in sound quality/performance and now i can only hear on one ear bud, i have tried all trouble shooting they suggested an still no resolution. I wouldn't shell out this kind of money for average product.

These are terrible earbuds: the seal created means you hear every footstep, which is awful as a runner. Unfortunately I was not able to return them in time, because we had to quarantine but Best Buy did not extend any kind of compassionate exemption and now I'm stuck with irritating, expensive headphones. I try to avoid amazon, but this sort of inflexible return policy is so infuriating.

Hello neveragain- We appreciate your feedback for the Jabra Elite Active 75t. Due to your Jabra earbuds' in-ear wearing style, your sound experience may be affected by bone conduction. Bone conduction is the transfer of sound to the inner ear, primarily through the skull's bones. You may hear background sounds, such as your footsteps or chewing, travel through the bones in your head rather than through the air. This sensation would be similar to hearing these sounds while using your fingers to plug your ears. To reduce the feeling of bone conduction, try a different-sized EarGel to get a slightly looser fit. You can also use the HearThrough feature of your Jabra Elite Active 75t to reduce the effects of bone conduction. We encourage you to check out our Jabra Elite Active 75t fit guide to see how to find your perfect fit: https://www.jabra.com/supportpages/jabra-elite-active-75t/100-99091000-02/faq/How-do-I-get-the-best-fit-with-my-Jabra-true-wireless-earbuds. We recommend you try all of the different-sized eargels that come included in your package as we know that not everyone's ears are the same size or shape. You will want to find an eargel that fits snuggly in your ear without being too tight. Finding a secure fit with your earbuds may take some trial and error, and you may even need to mix and match the size of your eargel per earbud. Please do not hesitate to contact us if there is anything else we can do for you: https://www.jabra.com/supportpages/jabra-elite-active-75t/100-99091000-02/contact-support. We are here for you! When companies hype up certain products and dont deliver minimum quality, it pushes the consumer far far away. No bass on the product and after the update, the transparent hearing is horrible. Sound is very flat. Reason why i wanted to try the product was the update vs buying the newest earpiece and it is/was fully submergible, which i didnt even get to try. I have weird ears and these fall out.

Nice headphones with a couple good features

I have been using these headphones for about 2 weeks now. I currently have over the ear sport headphones for use when I workout and I was looking for a pair of in-ear headphones that didn't fall out when running, lifting or other exercising. These headphones met my criteria, though it did take some experimenting with the different size ear plugs to find the right one. When I first got them, they had the medium sized plugs in both ears, but when I was running one of them felt like it was going to fall out and actually did once. I ended up switching that one out with the small plug and I haven't had that problem since. The other problem that I had initially was that since they are so small and each one has a button on it, I would accidentally start and stop music or enable other features inadvertently. I got used to them pretty quickly and haven't had an issue with that recently. These come with a feature called HearThrough, which is exactly what it says. You can hear the sounds around you while you are running or biking. I tried it a couple of times, but didn't really like it since sounds around you were amplified and ended up being too loud in busy areas...couldn't hear the music that I wanted to listen to. It might be more useful on quiet roads, but I don't have the music blasting so I can hear things around me anyway. The box didn't come with any instructions other than to download the app. It would have been nice to have the quick start guide from the app in paper format. That being said, the app does have the instruction manuals once you connect it. It takes a little getting used to them since there are so many things you do with just the two buttons (one side does 4 things and the other does 3). Relatively simple...hit it once for one thing, twice for another, etc. The last issue I still have with the earphones is that it stops playing periodically. I haven't figured out root cause and thought it was because I was hitting the buttons by accident. However, it just did it again today and I know I didn't touch it. The phone still shows that the music is playing and it is connected via bluetooth, but no sound comes until I turn off and on the headphones. I'll keep playing with this, but it doesn't happen often and the fix isn't too hard. These are integrated with various voice assistants. I used Siri and it works as I would expect. I haven't had a chance to really test out how long the batteries last, but they are supposed to last about 7.5 hours on a single charge and the case recharges them automatically for up to another 20 hours of use. Overall, a good pair for earphones for working out. It does take a little time to get used to them, but I like them now. If I figure out why they periodically turn off, I'll update the review.

These are the worst wireless headphones I ever owned. When I turned my head left or right they would lose signal. The app looks like it was written by a high school student. The sound was ok but not great. They constantly fell out of my ears. I had lost my Samsung buds+ thought these would be an upgrade. Returned and bought the Samsung again they are better in every category.
