    The connection issues with these ear buds is horrible so the sound quality is pretty okay and the customizable options is great but one of the ear buds connects only half the time and it’s extremely annoying having to unpair and pair and put them in the case and back out like 10 times a day

    Bought for ios 11. Never worked and wouldn't pair with phone. Watched youtube several times, made sure to follow instructions, downloaded app. Never paired never had ear bud bluetooth lights on. Could never update for software. Nope Nope Nope Nope Nope Nope

    I'll start off by saying that these ear buds are awesome and wholly recommend them for purchase. The packaging, charging apparatus and form factor for the ear buds are excellent. Sound quality on these is awesome. Battery life is also excellent. I went a full week before needing to recharge the case for the ear buds. My only issue is sometimes the ear buds will turn on automatically when I put them in my ear but other times they won't. The pass through is a good feature but could be better.

      Hello Pods- We are sorry to hear about this. We kindly recommend updating the firmware in the Sound+ app. Please follow the guidelines provided below:
      1.) Download the app from your smartphone's app store.
      2.) Open the app and make sure your Jabra earbuds are detected (they will be displayed next to the Jabra device name as yellow circles with an L and R).
      3.) In Jabra Sound+, tap Headset at the bottom of the app screen and then tap Voice guidance language.
      4.) Select your preferred language and tap Update Now.
       Follow the onscreen instructions and be sure to accept the End User License Agreement. At the end of this process, you will be instructed to return the earbuds to the charging case. After placing the earbuds in the charging case and closing the cover, a purple light will flash near the USB port on your charging case during the firmware update process. When the light stops flashing, please wait 30 minutes and then remove the earbuds, and place them back inside the case. If the challenges continue to persist, please contact the Jabra Technical support team:  https://www.jabra.com/supportpages/jabra-elite-active-75t/100-99091000-02/contact-support.     So picked up the 75t active 15days ago and the day after my my return time had expired they have just stopped working they connect but don't do anything no calls or music just nothing. I have done the factory reset 10+times and the same thing everytime. .. save your money and get something else

    Very disappointed in this product. I purchased it in February 2020 and June 2020 the right ear bud stopped working. I have tried everything the Jabra websites says to do but the problem is not fixed. Currently trying to get them replaced or get my money back from Jabra but it’s a hassle. I do not recommend

    Left earbud keeps failing

    This is the second pair within a year and the sound in the left earbud diminishes again! I have read numerous bad reviews about this problem. Jabra does nothing to fix it! Buy from a different company!!

      Hello LauraH, thank you for writing a review of the Jabra Elite Active 75t. These behaviors you are describing are not expected of the Right Earbud. We kindly suggest contacting the Jabra Support Team: https://bit.ly/3fBw1fQ. In the meantime, please reset your charging case:
      1. Open the charging case and place the earbuds inside the case.
      2. Leave the lid open, and plug it into a power source using the supplied USB cable and the power supply or a wall charger with a standard voltage of 5v +- 0.25v. 
      (Note: It is not recommended to charge the earbuds/case using a power supply with a higher voltage)
      3. Once you see the case battery level LED indication light up near the port after 3 to 5 sec, please close the lid.
      4. Allow the earbuds and the case to charge for 2 hours to receive a full charge.

    Not working after a few weeks of use. Apparently it is a common problem. Right ear bud stops working randomly. Customer service had been horrendous. Week-long + response delays. Submitted a warranty claim. They said to expect long delays because they are backed up.

    Support and Warranty is SLOW

    Worked great until it didn’t. The product itself I really like. Support and warranty process with Jabra is very slow, they do respond eventually. Worked the warranty process with Plantronics and Apple. Both had me up and running within 3 days. On day 24 with Jabra.
